Outside of the ad hominem attack, this is actually a good point. When they call me, I answer but don't say anything, and put them on hold. A few times of this, and they stop calling.

I have received a few of these calls on my cell phone and everytime I try to call this number I just get a busy signal. Somebody needs to stop these harassing calls once and for all. Enough is Enough!!!!! How come they can call you but you cant call them. Sometimes I have 17 voicemails from these idiots.

I have also received calls from this number. The man has a thick Indian accent and is very rude. He called yesterday, I answered and told them to remove me from their list and hung up. Then the jerk called me again today and when I said he had the wrong number he very rudely said, "No, I have the right number. I'm calling the owner of this phone." I said, "I'm not interested in whatever you're calling about, remove my number!" And he said what sounded like, "you don't like talking?" I said, "No stop calling me" and he replied more clearly this time, "you don't like f*cking?" at which point I hung up. I too am on the do not call list and have been since 2008!

Same calls as above. They asked if I used birth control. I told them I wanted to know how they have my medical information, and give me the full company name and the name of a supervisor, so I can talk to a lawyer about a lawsuit for violating sharing of my medical information. They hung up on me :)

I received a phone call today from the Middle Eastern India man with a thick accent.  He was calling from North Carolina Medical Services regarding a settlement.  He told me that his records showed that I used to be on birth control pills.  I told him to play that joke on someone else and hung up.

This is a link to a news article about these scammers from India who are up to no good.  They are fishing for people's personal information by preying on their stupidity and/or greed.  They claim that they can get you money if you sign up for their class-action lawsuit against the makers of a birth control pill called Yaz or Yasmin.  Their English is so horrendous that you thought they were asking for a person by that name.

When they call back, do not answer.  Add them to your phone's address book under SCAM or block the number if your phone has that capability.  You must also report all these harassing calls to www.donotcall.gov.

I also have received numerous calls from this number. I repeatedly told him that I have never taken a birth control pill in my life. I repeatedly had to tell him neither I nor anyone in my family had had any kind of mesh surgery. He kept insisting. I asked him if he was an idiot. He proceded to call me a "[***]" and a "[***]. I told him I had his number & was going to report him, then hung up.

keep calling saying that I applied for a loan and they need more info-have hung up several times-told them they have the wrong number

I have had 4 phone calls today from these people and its getting on my nerves!!! Couldn't understand what he was saying but I did get yazmin out of the calls and wanted to give me money.. My husband answered the last time and they hung up. I told them that I had never tried this product and wanted them to stop calling me. I told them that I would turn them in for harassment if they didn't stop calling! What can be done about these calls?

I have received several calls a day from this number.  Never answered because I don't know the number.  My husband was telling me last night that I should answer the phone.  I would like to know how and where these people got my number.  I got phone calls from Serbia last month, and many other phone calls that turned out to be scams.

I just got off the phone with this idiot for the 500 time n he has been calling my phone for weeks n a million times now. i googled the number because i wanted to find out who they r. i just read all the comments n obviously there is not much we can do but try to block the numbers if it works or scream at them or just not pick up the phone when these numbers call. it's crazy there is nothing anybody can do about it. my husband already cursed him out but they keep calling back.

My great grandma had a trick for people like this. She kept a whistle by her phone, and when these people would call she would blow the whistle until they hung up....lol

I just ot this call too and for those of you who have cell phones and this party is annoying you, use the BLOCK feature on your cell phone and block their calls.  This works with all kinds of calls you dont want coming in on your cell phones.  Hope this helps all.

Called yesterday and I looked up the number to see who it was; read comments on several sites. Today when the number displayed, I answered and spoke briefly with "Jennifer." As she began her spiel about medical compensation for birth control, I spoke over her telling her I was already aware of the scam and told her not to call again. After a few minutes I called the number and a gentleman asked how he could help me. When I asked to speak with "Jennifer" he said there was no one there by that name but he could help me get compensation for my long term birth control usage. I laughed and hung up. We'll see how long before they call again.

I've received several calls from this number at work and have not actually talked to anyone.  I found this site to see that this is clearly a scam phone call!

This caller is a joke. Big Scam -do not answer.
