The caller identifies him self as a federal agent working for the IRS , the accent and the back ground noise is Indian . They will threaten and try to get some money out of you

We received 2 phone messages this morning about 24 minutes part from 979-705-5130. The 1st from an Agent Carl Cooper, the 2nd from an officer so and so, couldn't understand, requesting an immediate return call. If call not returned, they could only "wish us good luck as this situation badly unfolds on us". Definitely foriegn, but claiming to be IRS.

Another scumbag with asian accent pretending to be IRS agent trying to scam you out of your money by threatening. These idiots must be of lowest IQ to realize that none take them seriously. I keep blocking one telephone number, they come up with another number. Same accent, text and the style of threatening. Sometime pretending to be from IRS, sometime INS and every other respectable federal agency. Get a job.

received call from 1979-705-5130 today @ 3:30 pm march 17,1914, stated that the caller is IRS agent "paul cooper", if I have an attorney for my account, should contact him  immediately because there is serious matter................I answer back and asked him is he really an agent or is fake one, because I ask help from FBI, he said " go to hell, to back to sleep"........

Agent cooper also called and left me messages every day-I have called and reported this number 979-705-5130. IRS sends letters not foreigners claiming you will be arrested.

I received a call from agent Cooper today he left a voice mail on my unlisted number, at least that is what I think he said.his foreign accent was so thick who would believe that is his name.   He's and idiot. He gave my husband and I a good laugh.

I got a call which left me a message to call carl cooper an IRS agent.

I called the number back where a message asked me to leave my phone number.  I called from an unlisted phone and left a couple for FBI field office phone numbers for him to call back...

Just got a call from this number claiming to be IRS agent and threatening me if I don't call him back (Agent Cooper), a bad situation would unfold on me.  I know this is a scam.  Am going to report it to the authorities.

This agent Cooper called me today, similar to the stories above.  I am surprised that nobody has reported him to the government yet; and if yes, why doesn't the government stop him!?!

Because the phone number they use is phony ... it cannot easily be traced.

Got a threatening call from 979-505-5130, little Indian accent

I received a message from "agent Eric Foster" claiming to be from IRS 3hours apart. Said if I don't call back immediately he could only wish me good luck as the situstion unfolded. I noted an asian accent. Phone number is 979 705-5130.

Just got a call from this number claiming to be IRS agent and threatening me if I don't call him back (Agent Cooper), a bad situation would unfold on me.  I know this is a scam.  Very deliberate to leave a long threatening voice message if I do not call him back.

i too got this message . very threatening tone. reporting to police. GOOD LUCK TO YOU AGENT "CARL COOPER"

"Agent Cooper" is a fraud and the IRS never calls
