Caller says they are from Centurylink, talks about a rate reduction going into effect next month. Very argumentative when I said I wasn't interested.  She said the wasn't an option but that it was happening.  I said right, and your number isn't coming from Centurylink.  She said they are contracted by Centurylink or something to that effect.  I kept saying NO and she kept arguing.  I finally hung up, which is what I normally do as I have had this call a lot.  But I played with them a little bit this time.  I honestly cannot understand how someone can do that job.

This company is Telplex trying to get you to switch your phone service to them with fraudulent promises of rate reduction.  Read the nightmare reviews on them!!

Calls my business line every day at the same time and hangs up, no message. Sales holes.

Guy claiming they to call from AT&T to lower my bills will be going down by 30 to 40%.  Then he asked how many lines I have including fax.  I asked him specifically if he was calling from AT&T (usually they say no and then I hang up) but this guy said yes. So I listened to his pitch, answered some basic questions that were public knowledge anyway and then with no preamble transferred me to their "rate manager" we talked real fast about rate plans etc. I asked for him to give me identifying information to confirm they were truly from AT&T and he said they they weren't, they were Telplex. I told him I specifically asked the first guy and that he confirmed. He said "oh well he shouldn't have said that, but anyway you're already on the network so we can..." and I hung up on him

Man called on 8/14/18 at 3:36 pm and said he was calling regarding the recent acquisition of Spectrum by Vonage.  He said that Vonage could now take my phone bill from $68 monthly to $20 monthly with the same services that I have now.  I told him I didn't do business with 3rd parties.  He got huffy and said he wasn't a 3rd party and that Vonage now owns Spectrum.  He said "Did I NOT make myself clear or do I NEED to repeated what I just said?"  I then hung up.

Call from this number again stating there will be a rate change, when I asked my usual "Are you calling from ATT?" immediately hung up upon.

Got a call from this number. The woman at the other end asked to speak to the person in charge of the century link account. I always tell these callers they're not in and ask for a callback number in order to filter out the scammers. When I told her our manager was not in and asked for a callback number, she said, "No, this is a courtesy ca-" and hung up mid sentence. Scammers.

Told me he was with AT&T and that he had rate changes for me.  Told him did not do any changes over the phone and he hung up on me.

Another call today, told them I have asked multiple times to be removed from their call list and they responded "Uh, no. I'll call back" ... I'm flabbergasted! You can't tell me no and call back when I ask to be removed!!!

Guy said his name was Paul, claims he is from IRS asking if I received a letter that I owe money. I told him its a scam and I would be contacting the IRS

claims they are calling about our phone bill, its a scam. Don't pick up or hang up immediately. They will NOT take you off of the no call list.

yes, i get this same number several times a day claiming to be AT & T wanting to reduce the phone bill. Not  AT& T
talked to them directly.

Who are these people who call so often? Are they really from AT&T?  They call often with a different number each time.  They hang up on me or I hang up on them.  Oh what fun!

Kevin calling from a DNA lab. I asked him twice to repeat the name of the company but his accent was so foreign that I still did not get it. He said that my medical insurance would cover the cost of this DNA testing. I told him that I didn't want to know and played with Kevin for quite some time. Hey, I was bored just then:-)

Calls multiple times a week claiming to be from AT&T calling about rate changes. They are actually TelPlex trying to get you to unwittingly switch to their company. I tell them they are not with AT&T and we are not interested in switching, please take us off your call list. He says Oh, OK. No. And then hung up on me. Wanna bet these shisters will keep calling????

I called their main number listed on Google as 888) 479-2770 and told them to remove me from their call list. So far it's been a few weeks and I have not received a call.
