Scam!  Asking for your computer information claiming it has a virus. Heavy Indian accent.

Called @ 10:45 pm. from "computer service dept"  Definite "India/southeast Asia" accent. Spoke English well so he understood when I told him to "I know there's nothing wrong with my computer & NO you're not getting access to it!

Called at 10:20 pm  A new low for these [***]  Didn't pick up

Why a new low? 1020PM here may be 1020 AM there. Do not be surprised by ANYTHING done or attempted by scammers. They don't care what time or day it is, how old or healthy you are, or much else, they're looking for people to cheat and steal from and that's all that matters to them. They dial enough numbers and get absolutely nothing, scamming suddenly isn't so fun.

I get these calls all the time. I just use an east indian accent and have alot of fun with them. I often tell them I AM the police and wait 10 minutes for the police to show up at their door. They hang up . After a few months they call back and I change my fun abit all a game makes the time go by lol

received a call from this number i did not answer no message left.I knew it was a spam  so tired of these calls will they ever learn we are up to their tricks.

Got a call at 9:30PM.  ID listed unavailable so I didn't answer.

Called our mother-in-law in Pennsylvania (we're in Michigan) to try and reach us. They don't say anything. Scumbags. Mother-in-law close to 80 and it upset her as my husband has been quite ill lately.

Didn't answer, but there was just the number and "Michigan" on the call display.  Tried calling back and was told number was not in service.

Called at 10:33pm on August 26. I get up really early so I was asleep and these jerks woke me, so I went to answer it and the caller hung up. VERY ANNOYED!!!!

I received a call on 08/27/2015 at 10:12 am .  From a guy with an Indian accent.  He has called my number many times, claiming to be from windows technical department. Please beware of these people
they are trying to take over your cpu and get your personal info.  They need to be stopped.  Also I have read that windows or microsoft do not call people to fix computer issues.

No message, blocked.

Called at 12:44 AM (!) this morning and woke my husband and me up.  Woman tried to tell me that my computer was infected and that she could help.  I asked her why the h*** she was calling in the middle of the night--and hung up on her.
Caller ID said "Out of Area."

Nicol Jason, 989 658 2221 called at 10:20pm - I let it go to the answering machine. No message.

Jacka.. called at 10:55 PM, waking wife and self from sound sleep.  No message left, and neigh the FTC nor the money-sucking telephone carriers want to protect us from scammers unless we pay them........   Sad state of affairs

The DNC isn't a call blocker and can not protect you from the illegal callers, extortion scammers, foreign country's and frauds. Criminals do not obey laws simply said.    They use spoofed numbers which make it hard to track them down.. it takes time to do this and many subpoenas for call records.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

Indian male. At first no one spoke. So I said good bye. Then the male said do not hang up. It was clear he was calling multiple numbers and waiting until someone answered

They call me all the time. I've got 5 0r 6 computers more or less on line all the time. nThey just can't seem to tell me which one has the problem, Ignorant fools.

Called at 10:15 pm.  No one answered.  Normally don't answer unknown numbers, but was curious.  Won't answer again.
