Just got a call from some random guy with a Kenyan accent telling me that if I like my healthcare plan, I can keep my healthcare plan. Then he said I'm 17 trillion in debt and asked if I had any money to pay down the debt. Sounded like spam so I hung up.

This is the published number for the White House Comment Line.  Call back gets, "Thank you for calling the White House Comment Line."  It was followed by a political message.
