- Emerald| 1 replyreceived call from 888-492-7742. no caller ID. I don't/won't answer unrecogizable phone numbers.
- mk| 1 replyThis is from Apria Healthcare. They sell breathing/medical supplies.
- JANES replies to mkThey were, indeed, Apria though they didn't know what the call was about.
- LarisaMy uncle has received a call from this number. They said they will give him free breathing mask, but they need his credit card. Is it legit or fraud?
- Caller: Home Health Services
- Leslie A.Apria Health care left message to call them back. Do not know them.
- Ron UI have used Apria Healhcare in the past for CPAP services. Recommended by my ENT specialist. Good folks. But I'd be suspicious too about a cold call and a free mask offer in exchange for a credit card #.
- Caller: Apria Healthcare
- Sam HobbsWe were here and answered and a robo call said it was important. It was important to them, not us.
- Caller: Apria Healthcare
- RichardApria. While I see some are getting spam calls for breathing supplies, they do use the number to arrange shipping of prescribed medical equipment. A wheelchair in my case.

- DennisI ordered my supplies and then after speaking to a nice, knowledgeable woman, this guy calls me back from this number, quoting a higher price than the woman had given me. It may have been that the deductible info changed, but it sounded funny, and the guy was very inept and kept repeating things the lady had already asked. To be safe I told him to "use the card on file" and refused to give him any more info.
- Caller: Apria?
- RobertReceived this cold call from a heavily accented woman claiming to be from Apria. I order supplies from them using their automated system that caller ID shows as Apria. This number came up as toll-free caller and the woman repeated request for my address and date of birth. Say what?
Very fishy!- Caller: Supposedly Apria
- LynneGot a call from this number, left message for my husband & gave date of birth, said from April & needed to verify insurance information. Called back 2 minutes later, after spelling last name 3 x said she needed my social security number. Said why this us for my husband, said she needed his name. I gave it to her at the beginning of the conversation when I explained why I was calling. She couldn't find his info and wanted his social. Said I don't give over the phone. Said no way to look up, said I was just returning a call. Not sure why Apria called because we get our equipment & supplies from Summit Respiratory.
Asking for social security number, very fishy!- Caller: Toll Free
- A Customer/PatientApparently this number is now being use by Apria by their shipping department when a shipment of medical equipment is ready to be mailed or shipped out. An hour ago I received a call from this number. There was no Caller ID and no message was left. When I googled the number it showed up as Apria's number. When I tried to call back using the same number, I got an old familiar menu of 7 or so options. Clicking any number for any of the options no longer works.
So I called the number I currently use to order supplies. That number is 1-800-780-1161. A customer service person confirmed that Yes, about an hour ago Apria had called to let me know a medical supply order was being shipped out today.- Caller: Apria

- Vivian N. ScottReceived a call from this number, left no message. My husband does have a breathing machine from Apria, if wanting something, why would they not leave a message??
- Caller: ???
- CharlesGot2calls from these people, never bought from these people and would never. Got to be a scam, and I do buy respiratory supplies from companies I choose only. They called to say I had an order pending and needed by authorization. What a crock, would never deal with a slimy company that operates this way, if they are legit......
- Caller: Apira Medical Supply

- SweorfanRobo call. Voicemail said from Apria. I buy from Apria and whoever these people are, I don’t think they are the legitimate Apria folks. These callers want personal info that is on file with legitimate Apria company and no one legitimate would need to ask for sensitive personal info again; credit card numbers and especially social security numbers. They say they are Apria, but I doubt it. Think these callers are scammers.
- Caller: Say they are Apria, may be scammers lying
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- AnnaSCAM!! Do not answer. Blocked.

- NC8VAlso have received several calls w/o messages AND I am already an Apria customer. I suspect this may be a false or real company that "carries" Apria like my ins. agent "carries" many different brands of ins. What sinks it for me is how this number appears in my CallerID when it's injected into the system: "+1 (+1) (887) 492-7792"--note the entry of the US Country code. I do NOT think this Apria itself, and if it's an "authorized agent" for Apria, they're not a trustworthy one.
- Caller: Possible Apria agent?
