Many threads on this already, but simply get a call blocker and add your own number to it. You'll never call yourself, and any calls coming in under your own number will automatically be blocked.
The Wall of Shame is for those who violate the rules of this site, not complaints about caller activity. There seem to be no phone calls involved here. The aliases cited are bound to change, while the signs of advance fee fraud are likely to remain constant.
