Next time, press 2 to speak with them. Gain all the information on the company that you possibly can. Make sure to say you are very interested in health care. This must be, "meant to be" that they are calling you.

Get the company name, website, location, where they are calling from, and most importantly, the representatives name.

Then turn that information in to the FCC. Bonus points if they are trying to deceive you.

Yeah, uuuuh, how about "turning over" intel to the rest of us? If there truly is this extraordinary flood of call complaints from entirely unique recipients, a few by law of averages don't want to wait for the glacial response of regulators. Come to that, there should have been someone making the very probe you desire, and piping in among the repetitive "victim impact" remarks.

Had been getting same as all of you from Top Health for weeks, now they are coming from Quality Health Care and Dedication Health same as Top Health.  Different number and State each time coming every 1/2 hour or so.  They all must be same, just using different names, as the recordings all sound the same.

Best thing to do is waste their time...if you have the time.  I keep them on the phone and play along and then go into dramatic details of my "medical conditions". I tell them "Sure I smoke when I drink, but I'm not a smoker".  This confused them and keeps them on the phone.  Then try to list about 10 medications you take.  They eventually get the idea and hang up on you....but keep wasting their time. I've asked them to remove me and they just hang up.  They NEVER remove you.  So, I'll play along and waste their time....

Ive never seen so many complaints in such a short amount of time. I have not read all of the comments but has anyone ever gone along with them and found out who they truly are?  Or are these just scam calls trying to get your medical info?

In addition to the above information, I've usually found it necessary to "sign up" for a plan using a charged off credit card and "future" expiration date. The insurance agents then send a policy to review, and the email and policy usually contain more info on the insurance agency. In the verification process, it's important to get the name of the AGENT OF RECORD. The AOR is most often licensed in multiple states, and some states' Dept. of Insurance websites will provide a business address and telephone number. Any time  I hear "Health Enrollment Center, Health Registration Dept., Nat'l Health Enrollment Center, etc.," I know it will take substantial effort to ascertain the insurance agency's true identity. Some commentators believe that HII or Health Insurance Innovations [sometimes Health Insurance Intermediaries] operates a series of captive agencies, all selling HII indemnity plans thru Federal Insurance Company, which is connected to Chubb. These plans are always PPO thru Multi-Plan, and don't cover pre-existing conditions, mental health inpatient treatment, pregnancy, and substance/alcohol abuse rehabilitation treatments. Finally, gosh forbid if you get really sick or get wiped out in a nasty car accident -- the indemnity plans cap out at $1000/day for ICU with 30 day max stay, and the patient is responsible for 30% of the bill. Medical bill bankruptcy here we come!!

This whole thread was fabricated to make it seem like the scam calls were more frequent than they actually were, so a scammer could try to capitalize on them.

Some scammers will try to make money off of other scammers, this does seem like the reason this thread was created.

Top health operates at 5310 NW 33rd Ave Fort Lauderdale FL 33309 suite 200 but they may have moved. On my check is said O Health Group. I don’t have a number for office because they never gave one to employees.

Top Health is located 5310 NW 33rd Ave fort lauderdale fl off commercial blvd. But from my understanding there are different companies within top health that recruit and pay their 1099 "employees". I doubt this will help but here's to trying.

$53,571 isn't enough to support even one employee.

Florida insurance licensing search shows a 'TOP HEALTHCARE OPTIONS INSURANCE AGENCY'  3303 W COMMERCIAL BLVD FT LAUDERDALE, FL 33309. It lists the agent in charge as T. Gonzalez. It's not surprising to see  Florida registered insurance insurers, agencies and agents calling nationwide violating state and federal consumer protection laws.
