Top Health Robocalls

There has to be a better way to stop this madness!! Pure harassment!! I have over 500 numbers blocked on my phone. I'm going to figure a way to start during these people

Anyone else getting robocalls from TOP HEALTH every 5 minutes to enroll you in a healthcare plan? It is so annoying. I keep blocking the numbers that call in but they keep calling from different phones numbers. I have received 3 calls within the last 5 minutes, today alone. And over the last 2 weeks I have received 49 calls in total.

I get 5-6 calls a day from all over the country with different area codes. How and where can I file a complaint?

I am getting the same thing. 5-8 calls a day from different numbers.  They are now interfering with my ability to take care of my family. I have asked to be taken off - and they hang up. Press 9 and the calls keep coming.

This is beyond criminal.

I have commented here before but am commenting again in hopes that more people will read this. I have decided to either report them online or call every time Top Health calls me. I just got off the phone with the FTC and am very frustrated with them as well. The gentleman took my complaint, but before he did when I was explaining what has happened telling him I tried pressing #9 or even speaking to someone his advice at first was to "just ignore the calls, don't answer, don't press any buttons, just ignore them." I was more than a little mad. I told him that I did ignore them for a week and a half but getting 10-20 calls a day while ignoring them was super frustrating so I finally answered to try to take care of it. He wouldn't really listen to me until I brought up that I was on the Do Not Call Registry and that since I was what Top Health is doing is illegal. That's when he said "Well I'm trying to take the complaint". Whatever, probably not the right forum to complain about the FTC, but again it's my hope that if everyone calls or submits a complaint online every single time Top Health calls something will be done.

I’m having the same issue. Business phone and directly affecting customers.

I’ve been getting calls from these guys for weeks.  Area codes from all over and caller ID says ‘unknown caller’.  They say they are In Florida.  Got 4 calls yesterday in an hour and 3 this morning in 20 minutes.  I press the 9 button to be removed  from call list but it doesn’t work.  WANT TO GET BACK AT THEM?  Connect with the agent and waste their time.  Make up a story and string them along.  Make them work for a sale then dump them and ask they don’t call you back.

I have had 3 calls in the last 12 minutes! I have been averaging 8 calls a day for the last 4 days. This is Beyond Ridiculous!

I got AT LEAST 10 calls within 2 days-each originating from a different city and state!  This company should have a class action suit filed against them!

I averaging 2.5 calls an hour from them from 9-6. #9 does not work. Live person will hang up on you immediately.

I am unsure if this is the same company killing us with robocalls.

I'm getting at least three calls from top health per day!  I hit #9 and within an hour I get a call from another state!

HOW DO WE STOP THESE GUYS??? I keep getting calls from them every day like 4-6 times a day from spoof numbers and each time i press 2 to politely ask them to please remove me from their list they just hang up on me.. How can anyone morally and ethically conduct business like this

Don't press any numbers! Just lets them know they have a live one.  Notify the FTC at FTC.gov or 1-877- FTC-HELP.  Just got off the phone with local state insurance board!
