I have the same problem. Calling everyday starts at 8am and doesn’t stop all day. I’ve trued to be nice and ask for them not to call then they call right back from a different number
I am at my wits end with these guys, dozens of calls a day from all over the US and agree if you ask to be removed they just hang up on you. It is ridiculous and I just want to scream..
I have started reporting them every time they call. I'm hoping that if enough of us report 10-20 calls a day something will be done. Here's the link if you'd like.

No joke, I'm receiving over 10 calls from these [***] everyday!
Been getting these calls for over a year. Some days only 1-2, some days 5-10. Always a spoofed number. They ignore Do-Not-Call. They ignore their own "Press 9 to be removed". They ignore being asked directly after pressing 2. I google them and can't even find their website... stupid google just assumes I'm looking for "Top health insurance companies", NO GOOGLE, seriously infuriating. I'm investigating to see if a lawyer has any recommendations. Has anyone already done this? Is a Class Action possible?
I just this second got another one and rather pushing 9 to be removed from their calling list, I pushed 2 to speak to an operator. Asked her how I can get them to stop calling me, she quickly replied she'll remove my number and hung up. Time will tell

Same here but on the calls. The start shortly after 8 AM and occurr hourly.
I received 12 robocall from tophealth using different numbers I had call att protect on my cell phone I have to file a complaint with FCC
I get 6-8 a day. All different states
Same here - multiple calls a day, 10-20, press 9, they stop for a few hours them start back up full force. Lately pressing 9 does nothing to slow them down. #s from all over the country.
Absolute harassment!
They call from so many different numbers. Can't keep track. I also report them to the FTC and I'm doubtful that anything will happen. The robocalls say the call is sponsored by Top Healthcare. I find no evidence of that company.
Same here. Multiple calls every day. Many times they're back to back within seconds of hanging up. This should be illegal since it violates my privacy. If/when they ever catch these guys they should get 10 years in prison, no parole. They are pure scumbags.
I have been getting them every morning like 5 minutes apart every day for a week. I then decided to press 2 each time and wait for their sales greeting and make a donkey sound over and over till they hang up. For the first few days they would either hang up or cuss me out and hang up. So, I’ve been doing this consistently for a week now and im down from 10-15 calls a day to 2-3 per day. So, I hope others will do the same, press 2 and give them the donkey sounds hee-haaaw! Waste their time too. Progress...
