Fake payday loan collection scams - Please list new numbers here.

I have found out something how they are geting pepoles id. When you go to get a payday loan on line and you enter your info, that is how they get your info. So DO NOT GET A PAYDAY LOAN OR ANY LOAN ONLINE. That is how they are geting your info. I should know me and my husband, got a payday loan online and you might get cash from them, B U T after that they will steal your info, like uer ssn, uer adderss and so on. So Don't use these online payday loans.

thats great and i hope they do run a story on this, all i'm saying is that not everyone is who they say they are. you never really know who you are talking to and sharing info with,a person can be anyone they want to be on the net.

Any one get a werid number like 101635? ive been getting these calls for over a yr now but this number i could barely understand message because the man talked so fast and low but he didnt sound indian but i did hear to call back before have to go to court lol

Get a google number so the call will not cost any money. I already called you from a 619 number. I will call again but I prefer that you get a Google number.

They called in a indian/mid-east accent saying I'm being sued by a payday loan I never had. When I countered their threat by saying I was reporting them to the feds they hung up. The number was 8316079214 atty Mike jones. Yeah right! What a crock.

i agree 100%. sounds fishy to me pissed off. if he can stop them, then why has he not contacted our government or law enforcement? giving out your number, but not your name is comical. if you are real as you say then contact homeland security or any FBI number thats in the states and call them yourself. if you have locations of these jerks, then you can let them know there exact locations. to me you sound like one of them. sorry if you are not, but its really hard to trust anyone.

646-480-9999  Don't answer this number!  They claim to be USCash Advance. They sais they deposited $6000  in my bank account  and if I don't pay it back I will be arrested. I'm reporting it to the FTC.

Yes, i need help, It is friday eveing, 6/3/2011. This is happening to me. About 6 months now. each time they they change names and numbers. Now they are saying howard jones and using 8887087701. They are saying that they bought my loan from another company, but will only say it was a payday loan. I do not owe anything. They called my work a few times and my boss is demanding that i turn over the name of who i originally owed to him by monday.What do i do? They use to say this is officer john, then they would say they are coming to my work to arrest me. Then once they said they were on the way to the court house to prosecute me. Recently he said that i could go to prison and owe 10, 0000 for fraud. Help me please, i need to give something to my boss by monday or i will be fired.

Ok, today i had them call me and said they bought my loan said one of the payday loan companies they bought was us cash, i neve even heard of them. They have been calling my work and harassing my boss. He is ready to fire me. The number they are using is 8887087701. I need to know what to do by monday. My boss wants answers by then

Show him this site and these pages. File a complaint with FTC, FBI, Attorney General and show the copies to your boss.

One more thing, it is ILLEGAL for them to call your work if you tell them to stop. Your boss should know this. They are breaking the law. It is also ILLEGAL to threaten you!! EVEN IF you owe them money and I am not saying you do. They are terrorists in their own little kingdom.

Unbelievable!!! This could be so intimidating, If I had not read your comments, I have gotten so many calls from these people and they seem to get louder and louder but ,They still haven't gotten  any money, so I allow them to speak to the answering service!!!! LOL!!!!!
