- Kathy replies to Renee| 6 replieshello, finally i see a number that looks familiar. Someone by the name of dick stewart from that number called me. sounded of indian decent. said he was from unearly or something like that. I have been called for about 6 months now. FIrst it stared with them saying they were trying to get ahold of my friend, saying she used my social and name, wanting me to give them her number. the it changed to them saying i was responsible for the loan. Now they are saying that i am the one who owes. They even started calling my work and have been harassing my boss and people answering the phone. I have until tomorrow, monday june 6th to give my boss the name and number where all this originated or i will be fired. They are a 3rd party so i do not know what i am going to do. I have been printing out pages from this web site in hopes he will read it and see its not me. I also have recorded messages from them, each time they change their number and names, but it sounds like the same person all the time.

- sue replies to Catherinethe payday loans that you use shared your info with third parties. read the contract you signed.if you took it out online,go to the fine print it says it there. it tells that you understand and agree to it.most legitimate companies you this info for business purposes.they do this so that a legitimate can call and try and sell you what they have to offer. these people use it to try and rob people. it's not just payday loans that do it. have ever see the ads for credit cards that tell you that they can help get your credit staight by applying for a card. they share your info with third parties. those ad that pop up on your screen and say you won or you can get something for free. you fill out with your info and you give references with it.we share our info a lot and don't realize it.read before you sign.one person posted that not to harasse them or you could be in legal trouble. i don't see how, they are not in the us.what are they going to do, call the local police and say can you stop her from interrupting my illegal activities. i started calling them at 8 in the morning until 5 at night when they blocked my calls and i have not hear from them sence.they don't change they're numbers they have alot of different numbers they call from. the one they call me with they have been using for while.i traced it all the way back to 2009. these are the numbers i called and they all are working. 818-659-5796 , 818-302-7558, 818-302-7511, 347- 450-1189, 209-498-0508,716-241-1765,727-533-6101,804-829-0850,508-556-3727,281-220-8455,646-688-35,818-659-5711,916-395-0000, 347-560-0522,213-330-2688,818-293-7406,347-607-3614,818-934-1074,818-934-1075,661-213-9240,646-397-2416,818-659-5796,866-981-6848,888-654-1444,703-291-3208,358-965-4259,422-942-3456,422-876-5433,422-876-5422,721-123-4563,714-646-8744,267-295-8092,518-483-0077,281-763-0444,281-763-7911,516-717-1614,903-263-0017 and that's just the ones i found in a couple of hours.i look at it this way, the time i spent calling them took away from them trying to rob someone else.they pray on people's fears in hope that they will give them money or that people think that if they give it to them they will go away. i'm not telling you to do this, that's what worked for me.don't worry about them they can't do anything to you.
- happnd2me2I'm being victimized by the same kind of scam after taking out a payday loan for the 1st time in my life right now. The number the harassing calls are coming from is 713-559-1757, which is in the Houston, TX area. But it seems to be going through a router because after several calls, there was no sound or answer even after the call had connected. I've already reported this generically named fake "American Law Firm" (no such law firm with that name listed anywhere in the U.S.) and the number to the FBI and I finally got through to speak to someone with a heavy foreign accent and told him that I've already reported them to the FBI and to send me paperwork regarding the "matter" and to stop calling my number. He said he would in a couple of days and I hung up. I'm hoping they'll send the paperwork so I can bust them wide open for the frauds they are.
I worked the department of Justice for several years and still have many connections there and in the FBI that can expedite the process to find, prosecute and jail these low lifes. They've screwed with the wrong person this time and I PROMISE you that if they continue to harass me or if any fraud is committed against me, I will make them pay and I will relentlessly make sure that they are prosecuted to the full extent of the law. - new jersey| 1 reply916-395-0000 - shawn black
401-285-0901 - happnd2me2| 3 repliesLet me modify my last statement... I WILL pursue lawful action against these low life scammers regardless. I live in Washington, D.C. and have direct connections to the DOJ and FBI after working there for several years and I've already reported them to the FBI's Houston division with names that I've already "identified" (even though there are indications that they're using aliases) and numbers that I've traced that pinpoints their location in HOUSTON, TX (713-559-1757, a landline in the Hunter Creek Village area of Houston). I'll call my cousin who lives in Houston and works for AT&T and give her the number later this evening. In the meantime, I'll use Google Earth to narrow in where they're most likely operating from since tracing their number gave me a radius to work within.
The anger I feel right now is beyond reasonable and I'm looking forward to these lowlife, thieving pieces of crap being thrown UNDER the jail or worse. So I hope the scammers are reading this because YOU WILL BE CAUGHT and PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW... it's just matter of days. you lowlife pieces of thieving crap. And that's not a "threat", it's a PROMISE. - happnd2me2 replies to new jerseyShawn Black is the same name the person used that's been calling me from 713-559-1757. So add that number to the list and let get these SOBs

The repeated digits often mean spoofing. Knew what it was before answering.
