Recieved a text  that my mobile number has won GBP 415,000.00 pounds in the ongoing NOKIA-UK PROMO and told me to email to nokiainc@live.ca and call +447035952701.08036790197

my dad received also & was asked to pay for courier charges worth of gbp200 and dat it's to b delivered  via British airways 24hrs after payment teller is scanned to them.   ma id is ndifreke_john2000@yahoo.com

The person who sent you that message is trying to steal from you.  They will lie to you, talk you into giving them your credit card number or bank account number and take all of your money.





I give up.  Anyone dumb enough to reply to those messages deserves to loose their money.

Interesting to see that there was someone from Nigeria posting here to try and claim a prize from a scammer....how ironic....or is that moronic?

i received a text message in ma self phone informing me that i won 300 0000 pounce

Just received the same message some few minutes ago. The message goes thus:

Your mobile number has won 100,000.00 pounds in the ongoing NOKIA UK PROMO. Payment No NK115G, for claims send Email to: nokiainc24@live.com.

Please ignore them, it's a pure scam. I'm not even resident in the UK, so there's no reason why I'll be eligible to claim any prize originating from there.  Moreover, if Nokia wants to relate with anyone, the email address should end with something like @nokia.com or @nokia.co.uk
