No.  The message was not sent by Nokia.  It was sent by a thief pretending to be from Nokia.  He will trick you into giving him money.  He will never give you any money.

Delete the message.  Do not reply to it.

It's a fraud, a scam, a lie!!!

For one thing that email is NOT from Nokia! Their email always ends in @nokia.com NOT ever in live.com, hotmail.com, msn.com, gmail.com or yahoo.com (all web based) ... these accounts I mentioned these scammers are notorious for using!!
For another Nokia does NOT do any lotteries of any kind and never will!!!

And also, this is an advance fee fraud scam (think the 419/Nigerian email scam). You will not win anything, no one ever does ... unless someone falls for it then the scammers do.

Of course it's not true! You won nothing! No one does from these scam texts!
They were not sent from Nokia at all, Nokia doesn't even have a lottery! The text was sent by scammers engaged in advance fee fraud also known as the 419 scam!
All they want is all they can get from you and they will not stop until YOU ARE broke and penniless!
They will ask to you to wire THEM a good sum of money supposedly so they can send the non-existent winnings ... via western union and you won't be able to get any of your money back!!!
