I just called the number (202-618-4120) that was left on a voicemail by a robot. The woman who answered just said "Support". I politely asked her for the name of her company and a mailing address. She refused both and became upset when I wouldn't provide my name or phone number. She eventually asked why I wanted her companys name and address and I told her it was so I could pass the info along to the Bureau of Consumer Affairs. I explained that I wanted to confirm the legitimacy of her organization before I would release any of my info, in case it was a scam. That's when she hung up on me. Thanks to Wendy for the advice!

i just received a phone call marked private and they left a message............i listen to the message called back asking for john tidwell @888.352.0516 with an acct /claim # after speaking with the person (max jennings) he stated that john tidwell is a courier for there company which he didn't want to give the name ......stated that i had a loan from payday one in 2010 i had a judgment on file with their firm to pay up asap they way this man was talking i thought i had taken out a loan as i listen to him telling me that he would talk to his boss to see if i could make a payment arrangement to keep from going to court so i played along with him told him i couldnt make a payment until 11/16 he said that it wouldnt work with his boss he would he already have a bird in the nest i said ok i will call back on wed ...........................i never received anything in the mail but someone has been calling my job asking for me .................. if you owe anything you would know and receive legal documents in the mail which i haven't so at this point i will wait for delivery of documents served for court ....................
