The only thing I've read about on here are folks with no debt or dead debt getting called by scam collectors like you with false threats of being served and vulgarities being spewed. I'm sure you'll dream up some other scheme to snake money from folks to pay your bills.

You are not the one who gave out any loans? You are not a bank nor a financial institution. You are a debt scammer who should be grateful that people default on their loans. You wouldn't have a business otherwise. Thankfully due to this website and others the public is becoming aware of their rights, statute of limitation etc so your business, like most shoddy products, is going going gone!

Non legal law firm, I fairly certain that's not even possible unless collection agencies are considered a branch of the law, which they think they are a lot of things , all of which aren't true ....they are 10$ an hr plus commission headset wearing telephone operating scammers who think they are so intelligent they use tactics that they think will intimidate and scare someone into paying them whatever they ask for...they can con senior citizens into believing that crap or people who are seasoned enough with this dark world bc they hear legal babble and threat of arrest and freak out...everyone else, usually bc have dealt w it bf, knows that these type of threats to attempt to collect on any debt that was a legal transaction they just wasn't paid back are not only lies and completely false, they can be dealt with with real courts to force fines of actual money...you can't be arrested for a debt owed, cops won't come looking for you for a civil complaint from a debt, they are not a law firm, don't have legal authority to use the threat of govt to collect this debt and most likely something guaranteed if one of the collection agencies who buy debt for pennies and use illegal tactics even if you pay the debt to them, you prolly won't be credited for doing so, you'll find this debt will stay unpaid bc they are scammers....they never send any docs by mail to you bc they don't want to put anytjing on paper or have to identify themselves bc they know this. They have nothing to lose bc that 500$ debt was snatched up by them for 15$ maybe less. All you need to do is wait it out bc once it's gotten to this level of collection and the more harsh the threats become, you are close to the 7 year limit, it'll fall off your credit report...if you want to pay it that bad, call the credit agencies and find the original debtor or original legit collectors, the one who sent you a letter years ago and pay them. nEVER pay any co who threatens, doesn't communicate in writing at least at first, or poses as something they aren't bc if they have to lie they aren't legit...of course, with my debt it was an old credit card I charged maybe 45$ on, but it was a crap cc and when I paid one day late they closed my credit account, the 2nd month I had it. Then proceeded to charge me fees upon fees every month for 2-3 years even though the account was closed, it was open enough to charge fees for years...so, a cc I charged less than $45 on, had closed on me by them, and then charged upwards of $3,000, I refused to pay the card off when it went to collections...they didn't inform me of these fees charged after closed for 2 years, I did pay the $45 off after it closed but since I didn't pay the other 275$ in initial fees when card opened this happened. $45 charged a 300$ limit card maxed out, worst card in history...I told these collectors if pay the test off, up to $300 which was the limit , and again all fees, but since it was $3000 after the other fees they wanted close to 2,000...,would never accept the remaining of $300, still would have been a huge profit %wise for 45$ measly charges, they would have made $255 for two months, any cc would take that no issue, they wanted to not ot be greedy but try and rip me off so they get nothing over what I charged. I'd be willing to wait the 7 years if disputing didn't work and done...well, except for the scum collectors....$2,000 pay off like they'd some deal they granted me, they get me laughing at them. Being serious they really expected to make 2300$ off of 45$ which was paid and 2 months. That's called predator lending, they prey on people who don't have options at the time credit wise and then attempt to make them even worse off.

And I'm a major jack a** big on blaming everyone else for scum bag behavior rather than my own scum bag behavior and attitude towards other and I need to scam innocent people out of money they don't owe anyone!
