I'm not sure if this has already been covered or not, but thought it might need to be brought to everyone's attention.
It appears that inboxes are now being spammed by emails claiming to be from Dunn and Bradstreet (very cleverly spoofed to appear official). Regardless of what anyone thinks about this company … these spam/scam emails are NOT from them at all (see last link below).
Upon checking my email earlier today I received an alert from my ISP that alerted me to this suspect email and had quarantined it into the "Virus Blocker" folder (to where I immediately deleted the foul virus infected email). Below is basically what was in the alert email:
"[Removed for understandable reasons] Virus Blocker Alert: Message from "Dun & BradStreet" <alert@dnb.com> Quarantined
[Removed] VIRUS BLOCKER MESSAGE STATUS

MESSAGE QUARANTINED

For your protection, [Removed] Virus Blocker has quarantined a message sent to you because it contains a virus."
I used the "DNB Complaint" as search criteria and dug up even more about this bs. There's a lot written about it out there, here's but a few:

If your ISP has a virus blocker … delete this bs email as quickly as possible and anyone … do NOT even bother to open it! Mark it as spam and delete it asap!!!
