Trying to inform that one of anything intelligent would be like trying to teach a brick how to sit up and beg.  You would have the same result.  That's the one several years ago that wanted the call blocking service to ban all calls from the 909 area code which covers a large population in Southern California  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Area_codes_909_and_840
