I'm afraid so. These kinds of calls scare people so badly they panic and can't think clearly. Many don't know they have certain rights. Even more think they have no recourse. And of course when you are in a panic most aren't going to stop and remember the tools they have at hand to educate themselves with. It's a sad state of affairs. The best we can do is reach out and make them aware that they do have legal options and that they need to take the necessary steps to educate themselves.

How would you do that? This forum is such a bare bones format there is no poll that I've seen.
