IRS scams - call for action

you did post multiple times on the same threads - which is why your posts were flagged as spam.  And removed.  It's OK to post once or twice with a huge amount of information, otherwise it's spammy.  BTW, I'm retired so I can read as much or as little of these posts as I like - it's no concern of yours.

Dear "indeed", please stay with the facts. I did not (unless very rarely by mistake) post multiple times on the same thread with the same information. I had a discussion with the administrator on the length of the info posts and edited them accordingly to fit list policy.

It's great you are retired and have lots if time at hand. Use it wisely. And trust me, you are of no concern to me whatsoever.

Nothing more telling that the mild manner was just an act. Showing your true colors was just a matter of time.

Wrong person. You are speaking of "Indeed". The person who is retired. The one you showed your true colors to. I'm just speaking up, defending and being respectful to my elders.

Whether "retired" means "elder" is not at all clear here. But that being said, why don't you stand up and defend older people against the IRS scammers? That should be of much bigger concern to you. It certainly is to me. If you ever took the time to read my info posts, you would know.

"Shaking my head" is the profile. What? Because I have the basic avatar it confuses you? Or is it because I am commenting without a registered name? Does that make anything I or others have said any less valuable than if I did have an avatar. Likewise with posting through a restered account? I don't think so. For if it did then you would be bashing victims here for reporting.

I have made plenty of informational posts throughout 800notes for quite sometime now. What I do not do is go against the TOS and the Admins of the site by placing multiple, lengthy, repetative posts in the same post thread. I don't disrespect the site's Admin by arguing with them and I sure as heck don't disrespect someone pointing backing up the Admin's words. Comprende?

Word to the wise, heed the Admin's words and the TOS and should someone reiterate the Admin's words, don't blast them for it.

Well, if it helps you, I fully agree with your basic position.

However, what you seem to suggest is that I post more than once on a thread with the same info. That's incorrect. I also don't argue with the site admins. I follow their directions.

Well, responding to posts with all sorts of accusations and false information on a forum thread I started myself is not the same as posting a standard info post once per phone number thread (which is what I was referring to). And who are you?

OK very early posts - for a very short time - may not have been fully compliant, I can see that. They were, however, not the ones that were removed (as they are still there!). The question the original poster referred to was about fully TOS compliant postings that served an important function and were removed simply because people like you did not like to see the same info note across multiple IRS scam threads (for different mostly 202 code numbers) once and once only.
