Not a single call from the robo google dialer all day! Is this a coincidence? Maybe but this is highly unusual since it really has been a constant irritation.
Working on my next exposé from some other fool who called here today. Sadly, the snow is melting and it'll be full workdays starting tomorrow. I had fun with these calls and am waiting on a response from my newest one.
Well you did a good job Herman. Too bad you couldn't get The Great White Whale to swallow them up, although with that much toxicity in them it might have been a fatal meal for good old Moby. I would say that you have enough information to sue them, but I am sure that as soon as those papers were served, they would scurry back into the deep, dark crevices just like the cockroaches that they are.

I worked for this sheisty company for a short while-- the "customer service" representatives are extremely dishonest to customers. When an irate customer asked for a manager, they would just hand the phone to person next to them. That person would do the same. The REAL managers would give never give their real names to customers, only fake names made up on the spot.

I was a employee for this company and the complaint above I completely true. They train their employees to tell you whatever you want to here to get the sale. The guarantee is actually For ONE KEYWORD ON ONE SEARCH ENGINE not all 3 search engines for all 10 key words. It says Google, Yahoo OR Bing read it for yourself.". Local Lighthouse guarantees that USER will be ranked on the first page of Google, Yahoo, or Bing within the first Ninety Days of USER paying for services. If Local Lighthouse does not produce a first page ranking after a three-month time period, then the service will be extended free of charge until such time that a first page ranking has been achieved". That is ONE KEYWORD ON ONE SEARCH ENGINE. Most of the time they never get their clients the visibility they need. Also the people that are building the websites are doing cut and past work with keywords that do not have large search volumes. Its a play on words. In the same room they are also selling extended car warranties and they used to sell home security systems, But that got shut down. They have their employees on a W-2 But will not pay them hourly and will require them to be their at certain times with scheduled brakes. I you are not in at the exact time, they will immediately threaten your job.They even forged articles about good reviews and put Yellow Pages and Yelps logos and name on them. We have received numerous calls from these people and have nicely asked to be removed from their list. The calls come 8 - 10 times a day. Today we received yet another call and told the gentleman we had no interest and again, take us off the list. Moments later the phone rang again and the caller said he had been cut off. The person he spoke with was on another call. When asked for his number, he said that he would be blogging about the rudeness of the people in our company. Isn't that nice!! I received a call from these con artists today and they wanted to make an almost free website for me! Asked for some details, looked them up and lo and behold I find the consumer complaints about them. I wish there was a way to have some privacy in this cyber world! ! lol wow, I love these comments!! Thank you so much. I told them i'd call them back on monday because I wanted to actually have them do our advertising. Such frauds. This is the second website that I saw these complaints. Even saw one where their employees hated them. Thanks again, you saved my butt.

I've been getting calls from them. They seem to have a number pool and call from different area codes. Need to figure out how to report these unsolicited calls.

Great news. I would suggest that everyone feature the words "Best Local SEO Company" in any page that links to news stories about these cretins. You know, just to be sure the search engines index it properly ;-)
