- Lada replies to worried, but not scammedListen, anyone who ordered from them probably didn't know it was illegal....if it even is. Either way, if you ordered for diet reasons, you should check around locally. There are diet doctors in the area that run legitamate businesses. You will be healthier and if you really add it all up...all things considered the cost is worth it.
Also, think about it. Are you willing to put anything in your mouth that was made by filthy criminals? You have no idea what is going on on the other end. This business is more than likely NOT the only thing they are into.

YOU COULD BE INGESTING DISEASE. JUST STOP. - ZoeDon't worry!
Even if you ordered...they, the criminals, filled out all the forms on the page. Identity theft. They can modify the webpages any way they want.
Even if it were really DEA, ICE...whatever. You know the criminal callers forge, steal credit card #s, impersonate officials and impersonate you.
They did it, not you
Tell them to go back to their own country or stay on their side of the fence.
Don't worry - Do Not Be Fooled replies to LadaLada thank you for your concern, however I have never ordered any medications and do not take any medications of any sort. Somehow the phone number I received did. Thus explaining why these scammers have my number but have my name and address incorrect. I do not care for these individuals (crimminals -foriegn or domestic) and I know these people are all part same operation. I also can say with certain degree of certainty that US FEDS are aware of them and are working to build iron clad case against them as they (US FEDS) have in the past macking several large scale arrests out of DR and Miami,Fl.. But thanks for your concern and warning -you are correct about the effectivtiy of any medictions ordered over phone or internet.

- Do Not Be Fooled replies to suzyqGot phone call from same number- trying to sell me medication over phone. I know the scam-they try to get you to buy medication then call you back a day or two later claiming to be DEA,FDA,US Customs, etc. . . Then attempt to extort money. If you refuse to order such as I did (and have in the past) I will get call from a different phone number (but not always) with the same line of "on-going"investigation blah, blah, blah. Lately, however, after I reported one of these calls to 800 notes the scammers wrote back threatning to "kill me" - not worried as they do not have my name or address right - I just like to play with these people just to give it back to them.
- jojoI received a call from Sgt. Anthony Williams from the San Fransisco DEA. (209-487-0344) He kept me on the phone for over an hour with threats of arrest and search warrants and told me to call off from work, because I would be arrested at my place of work. He told me they found records of me purchasing diet pills in the Dominican Republic, which I have never done. Finally I was told that if I paid a pentalty of $4500 by money gram, all charges against me would be dropped. This guy was incredibly believable and being taken off guard I fell for all of it until he said money gram.
- NeNe replies to almost~got~me~tooRec'd call today at work from 202-241-1446. John Davis was calling to inform me of diet pills I purchased in 2007. Told me he had agents in the area that would be coming to arrest me. Ask me to hold on and then I rec'd a dial tone. Called number back and a recording with his voice came on and said thank you for calling the USFDA Health and Human Resources, all agents are busy, please leave a message.
- sissyI had a message on my cell phone which intimidate me enough to call them back. I had ordered diet pills back in 2006 so I was concerned being involved with this black market RX because they had my cell phone # and continued to call me over and over again through the years. While this suppose FDA agent was intimidating me there was even a police scanner noise in the background dispatching police to my previous residence. He told me homeland security was even involved with this sting operation because this RX was also selling cocaine and herione and asked me if i was a junkie and drug dealer. They knew i was a nurse and i would loose my license. Even though i knew i was innocent, i was connected because of them calling in the past. I was a wreck they sounded so for real and i know that innocent people get in trouble from being in a place at the wrong time. Finally when they said they would drop the charges if i pay a 3,000 fine i knew it was a scam. I told them it was a scam and they hung up. I feel foolish on how i first believed them and how scared i was. I am sure this scam is combined with the RX . I bet it word many times before especially if someone really did place an illegal drug order and the fake fda agent called them the following day. I am so glad i found this site and read all of your stories i was almost a victim yes almost!
