Every time HRRG calls it's dead air. They never speak. Best thing to do with dead air calls is to promptly hang up.

I just got a call from this num and they ask all lot of questions and I didn't answer when I ask who is this and what do you want exactly there was quite then I hang up.....to all of you out there know to who you talk to and ask questions before they get an answer and especially ask to spell their names and take a note if you can......

They asked for me by name, said they were recording the call, then asked for my birth date.  Nope, no thank you, not giving out personal info over the phone.  Called themselves Account Resolutions.  Would not give any other info and hung up.

they just asked asking for my sons date of birth, i said no, i dont know who the hell you are and they hanged up

I keep getting calls from this number and if I cannot answer the phone right away they will call 3-4 times in a row.
When I did answer the phone they said it was collections for a medical bill.  I told them that was impossible as I have      NO DEDUCTIBLE on my insurance, that they are mistaken.  They started asking questions like my childs birthday, name etc.  I told them that I do not give that info out over the phone and not to call again.  I eventually had to block them.

Bill collector just add them to your block list so they dont wake you up or bother you anymore. Block lists are good because sooner or later they will run out of phone numbers to call from! Block Block Block the answer to peace and quiet !

They call me for a debt that is not mine. I have told them over and over they have the wrong number. I am not the person they are looking for. Stop calling me but I still get calls.

***A company must be licensed in their state as well as the one they are trying to collect in if two different states are involved.

Some Tips:
*Keep all messages
*Take a picture of your Caller ID
*Keep any and all conversations recorded to your states recording laws, some require they be told, others do not. This can be transferred to a recording device.
*Keep a notebook handy for writing time,date, who you spoke with and what the conversation detailed.
*Check your SOL for your state as well.
*Attorneys need to be licensed as a DC to collect, all DC's must be licensed in their state as well as yours if different.

This call came asking for a member of the family would not give any info, I  called the number back a different person answered and gave a different name of the company. The call was unwanted and I advised the caller of this face.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
