The first time they called, they evidently didnt or dont know an answering machine picks up so the lady came on the line very confident likely I was there and said "Christine" silence, then helloooooo, then silence then she rudely said, you can breath as heavy as you want on the line we will just call you back.  they keep calling back and leaving background sounds or heavy breathing on my answering machine.  When I try to dial back i just keep getting a busy signal.

Sorry, but I disagree.  I have been on the DO NOT CALL list since its inception, and I have so many telemarketing calls, I can no longer answer my phone. I deleted the personal message, turned off the answering machine completely, and turned off all my ringers, and they are still calling !

I have received numerous calls from this number and each time I ask to be removed from their list and they keep calling and now I get similar calls from
000-000-0000 repeatedly from different agencies, Virgin Mobile can not / will not check actual phone #

I will post all these other numbers and hopefully someone has some advice!  This started when I thought I was on a Petco FB posting but when they started asking non-pet related questions I x'd out before submitting anything but apparently it was too late...my spam folder is up to 80-100 emails per day, I have never had this experience before!!!

Wife got the call with 000-000-0000 showing on the call ID. I have told her NOT to answer ANY calls unless she sees the callers name and recognizes it as someone we know. If it is a legitimate call they will leave a message. This one was someone posing as our grandson and said he was in Atlanta with a girl and they had an accident and the girl died. He told her he needed money to have her sent home. I have a good friend that got a similar call saying she was her granddaughter and was out of state and needed money to keep her out of jail. The friend sent her $3,500. She later found out the granddaughter was safe at home and she had been scammed out of $3,500.  My wife was good about not answering unknown callers for a while and our calls got less but then she answered one of them and the many calls started all over. If you answer and there is no one there then it is a computer generated call and no one is available in the call center to answer you but you have just let their computer know that you are at home at that time and did answer. These call centers do business for many companies so they keep calling you using different numbers. The do not call list does not do anything about calls you report to them. It is just a data base for legitimate companies to go to for the list. If it is a legitimate company then they will contact them to stop or get fined.

This number 000000000 called my phone. Some Indian guy asked if I was there. I told him that he had the wrong number then he told me my address and said he was sending people to kill me. He said he had bombs and guns. I know it's probably not true bit still freaky that he knows my phone number name and address. Should I be worried or contact someone about this.

Faked phone number scammers still at it!

This number keeps calling, I don't and won't answer.  Same for anyone that gives either false numbers or blocked numbers.  Sorry Mom, if you want me to answer then unblock your number!  

I've got a call from this number after reading this I think I'll try to give them the slip.

Received a call from the all zero number mentioned today. It was from an unknown caller. It was a recording of a lady's voice saying "they" had orders from the government to inspect our home within the next 24 hours and we are ordered to be home when they arrive. We are supposed to have '3' different forms of ID to show them when they arrive. The message was repeated twice before the call ended. When I called back I received a recording from Time Warner. The recording said for me to type in the number I was wanting to call.  Weird.

I get regular calls from this number.  Never answer, never will.  Our wonderful "government" won't help - they have bigger problems to deal with.  Just relax and ignore the annoying scammers.

If you see the number 000-000-0000 on your call ID then you can be 100% sure that it is a scam company, debt collector or some other thief trying to get your credit card number. Don't even answer it.

I have received 3 calls today within 5 hours from 000-000-0000. I have not answered my phone on any of them. Hopefully they will get discouraged and stop calling soon. They do not leave a message when they call.

I have been on the do not call list for years and I have received 6 calls from this number today alone - 10:56 am, 12:14 pm, 2:11 pm,  2:46 pm, 3:41 pm, 6:11 pm.

Just a received a call from 000-000-0000 after having not heard from this number for at least a few months. Caller ID showed this number with name "V1018072815001". No one on the other end when I picked up. Weird.

they are calling every 30 minutes for or five times a day, even at night also. nobody answer and i don't answer the phone when i see that fake number in my caller id
