- Republican replies to FLRI received a bunch of calls from this number during the summer of '07. Usually no one left a message. One time I finally answered one of the calls. It turned out to be the Romney Campaign to notify me of a local campaign event. I told the caller that it really disappointed me and lowered my opinion of this campaign that they would feel the need to "hide" their identity on caller ID by using a bogus number. I requested that they not call back; they honored my request. I never received another call from them.
- Think Twice replies to 2 can play this gameThink about this: When you forward a number to the police station, the police have your number showing up on their caller ID, so they will think you are responsible for the call. You could get in trouble by doing this. It might be better to record the call and then take it to the police.
- RonGot a call from this number 1-000-000-0000... they left a message! It was Blockbuster reminding me to return some movies. The time on my caller ID matched up exactly with time on the message. Guess they don't want you to call them back.
- Call type: Event reminder
- Andy & KimThey call us about twice a month. If we don't pick up there is an ignorant message left on our machine saying "this is our final notice...." They have been told to "F%$# &^%" several times. I think the next time, I will waste as much of their time after I press 1 as I possibly can. They want credit card info (like I'm going to give that out to a moron that can't get a REAL job.)

The company you reference in Seattle? Probably is Receivables Performance Management. 1930 220th St. SE. Suite 101. Bothel,WA 98021. If you Google them-RPM-rest assured you'll find numerous complaints. They are an obscenity in the office of every Attorney General in America and thousands of households. Many, many, BBB complaints. Google that as well.
They have an unending list of numbers they use. They are notorious for harassment 24/7 even if the debt is not yours. Thugs. Vermin. Ask me how I know...
Other numbers they use? 866.212.7408. 425.354.1555. 877.233.8527.
Don't give in. Don't give up. Report them immediately to your state's AG. BBB. FTC. Don't become a part of their delusional schemes... - kAnswered call from 000-000-0000. This time it was Geico. I AM a geico customer and they were calling to ask if i had any questions regarding the renewal of my policy next month. Totally legit, nothing suspicious, nothing weird - except that you can't tell who it is.
In the past this number has been displayed when Blockbuster calls with their recorded message that i've got videos past due.- Caller: Geico

- caller 000 000 0000 replies to sw| 4 repliesHey orlando culinary academy along with le cordon bleu their daddy... aka career education corp. Calls from this number . I used to work at their call center in chicago. They only call ppl that filled out forms online or called in for"free info" after watching a commercial. All you have to do is tell them to place you on their do not call list. The reason its all zeros is that the calling co. Works for other companies not just cec so they can't have 1 standard number.

- LoriWe have been getting calls from this number for the past 3 weeks sometimes 3 times a day. We know it is a SCAM, they always say 'your credit card is running out' or 'wanting to give a better rate for your credit card'.
We usually hang up, but 2 times have pressed '1' & told them that if they call back again we are calling the police & some choice words for these foreign speaking people, but they still call back.
So, how does any of us get rid of them calling some many times?? - GeneWell, I finally decided to answer this call and of coarse it was sales. I asked who they were and they replied it was Pitney-Bowes. I told them to take me off their list and was told it could take up to 60 days. Well, when they do, I'll blast their ears off with a whistle or something. I'm so sick of this crap.

- GaétanIt is an opinions research group. The automated part of the message first said that I could win a free Caribbean cruise for answering 10 questions ranging from TV watching habits to soap buying. I just punched the pound key 10 key 10 times and was declared a winner! Operator 393 then came on line to ask my coordinates. When I told him I just wanted to be taken odd their goddam list, I was transfered to an automated system that already knew my phone number and promised to stop offering me incredible chances to win free prizes. That remains to be seen...

- FrustratedI get at least two to three calls a week from 000-000-0000 and I never answer. The recorded message says something generic like, "please call me to discuss an important business matter at xxx-xxx-xxxx". ?????? It doesn't even say who they are, where they are calling from or anything. My guess is a collection agency. If it is a bill collector isn't it illegal for them to spoof their number like this?? I'm not answering a block phone number!
