- PattiI've been getting several calls from this number all day and believe me it is annoying. every 15 to 20 mins they keep calling. You answer they dont say who they are so have no choice but to hang up. How do you stop them from calling it is very frustating and I myself am on the DNC list.
- paxilnanacalls several times daily never a name or number.why post if o one does anything?
- Caller: unavailable
- AdamI don't know why their calling, as it's my cell, they don't leave a message, and no one replys when I answer. It cannot be block-buster/credit card company/anything business related because I don't have any of those...
Quite annoying.- Caller: No Answer
- timelyI got a call from 000-000-0000 4 times today. Never anyone on the other end of the line. Sometimes I just hear my own voice back saying "hello".
- srfnchef83I have been recieving these annoying calls for almost a year now.The messages left are always a recording, and I always just get the tail end of it cause the message activates when voicemail answers. It's always halfway through the call back number, so i can't ever get a number to call back and complain to, and no one is ever there when I answer. DRIVING ME INSANE!!!

- SladeLucky me! All zero's and 310-000-0000 are calling now. It must be a proxy type caller-Id trick. I save them as a Bogus co with no ring assigned. If it gets worse all new calls will get no ring assigned. If this goes on much longer. back to snail mail. With the anount of calls this machine makes, they should easily trace it and do bad things to it.
- Fred Flinstone replies to no name| 3 repliesThis is a way for these companies to 'block' their real caller id, when you have a service from your phone company that keeps unwatned callers- it asks them to put in their number there, too. It's just a way for ANYONE to hide their true identity from your caller id.

- GRADYGot a call from this number on my company's issued work cell, which I never use for personal use nor personal reference. Did not answer, no message left. Within seconds call from the same number on my house phone. Did not answer, no message left.
- CoyotelovelyThis is just a blocked number. Sometimes they still show up on caller ID.
- AnnoyedJust got ANOTHER call from these pests. It's AOL. I dropped their service last week and they've been calling ever since using this number to try and get me back. My caller ID shows they call three or four times a night and never leave a messaage. Last call was at 10:15PM. Now they've got too far calling me at 7AM! I work 2nd shift and don't appreciate this at all. Whats even worse, they use people who speak very poor English! Not a very American company if you ask me.

- tri rivers replies to Fred Flinstonewhat if it IS the phone company calling? we have a PBX box at our office and the caller ID decected is blank in every field, no information whatsoever, it is att making the calls, at least 2 daily, normally the pbx box can block these calls, but not when there's a number to block, it's not even 000-0000, its just blank. Were currently investigating legality into this and will probably seek damages.
- FLR replies to No name| 63 repliesIf you receive a call from 1-000-000-0000, realize this: it is a FAKED OUT telephone number (using a technique called SPOOFING).
Anyway, it's not just ONE person/organization calling. It could be anybody. Consequently, there's probably not much point in contributing further to the notes for this # in a vain attempt to figure out who it is.
Have the good sense to just NOT answer it and be done with things. Many people have phone service that allows you to block specific numbers; this would be a good one to add to that list. - getoffmyphoneJust got another as I was reading these. It was the 00000000000 that has been driving me crazy. i called it back just for kicks and someone answered from att directory assistance. She hung up after I told her I was calling back the # that called me. i called her back and she told me she was a att directory assistance from Arkansas. she sounded as if I had surprised her and she clearly wanted to get off the phone. Let's see how long it will be before it starts again.

- Yes FLR! replies to FLR| 9 repliesAbsolutely correct!!! There is no such number as all zeros. This number is made up and sent by unscrupulous jerks who want to scam you. They are Spoofing you as FLR said by providing a fake phone number thru your Caller ID which many internet sites now sell. Search "spoof caller ID" on Google and you will see it. Never answer any of these calls and block them if you can. All US area codes begin with a 2 thru 9. There are no numbers starting with 0 or 1 except some int'l numbers. So unless you know someone in another country all calls starting with 0 or 1 are bogus.
- Haunted by AOLWhen I told my co-worker I was going to swtich away from AOL, he told me to be prepared for an onslaught of phone calls and mail soliciations. Literally within hours after I cancelled my service, I started getting calls from 000-000-0000 and sure enough, it was AOL asking why I left and what they could do to get me back. At one point, they even offered me a year of free service but after all the crap they dump on my computer I told them never. Yet, weeks later they keep calling after repreated requests to leave me alone and take me off the list, the calls come as early as 7am - on a Sunday morning to as late at 10PM. Most of these people speak very poor English. I no longer answer these call and even though they don't leave any messages, they sometimes call as many as 8 times a day. AOL has got to be the most annoying and unethical company I've ever dealt with and I can see from this site, AOL hassles others as well.

- 0000000000I get calls from this # all the time. I finally put a stop to this and took back control of my phone system. They call and hang up and don't say anything. I run a small biz and don't have time for this. I changed my phone service to http://www.sonictalk.net . Now whenever they call they get a message from me telling them to stop calling and they are not welcome here. I can do this with any number that calls me. You can also forward them to another # like the do not call list. This is really fun. I almost can't wait for someone else to call and hang up on me. I recommend you drop your phone company and switch to http://www.sonictalk.net where you have control of these people. The number for Sonic Talk is 1-866-923-0985.
