    Part of the Solution
I suspect that 0000000000 is simply a number used to get around call blockers that block unidentified callers.  It is likely users by many scammers. My call blocker will block area codes so I have now blocked 000 ### #### and so far so good.

If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem.

Here's 3 things you can do to torment them when you get a call:
    1. Tell them right away that you demand to speak with their supervisor. If a "supervisor" then answers, tell them that you are recording the phone call and you will use it in a harassment lawsuit against them. Ask them for their name, company name, etc. etc.
    2. Or, ask them to hold on while you record the phone call in order to report them. Ask them for their name, company name, etc. etc.
    3. Or, SCREAM into the phone, then hang-up.

This is very strange. I occasionally calls from this number, but I do not answer because of the ridiculous number. Maybee one day I'll pick it up, but after reading these posts in a bit weary.

This number called me and I was curious so I answered and it was a recording of some woman, didnt really hear what she said but she said some account I had was "locked" and to press 1 to get their security office. I thought it was some sort of scam so I just hung up. If the number calls again Im just going to ignore it

Been getting calls for years from this non-number.  I don't understand why someone can't just disable it.  Oh wait, I guess that would be too simple for those who control such things.
