i got a phone call @ 9:08 am from a 000-000-0001 number and a man asked for ilene and i said you had the wrong number and they said how do i get a hold of ilene and i said i don't know anyone named ilene. I don't have qwest, at&t or sprint.  I do have metro. I am wondering what this is and why they called me. Sneaky [***]. I tried looking it up and it could be from a new york business, a APO,AE which i think is an Army Post Office or a freakin telemarketer. I called it back and it said the msi message is no longer actice or something.

I have been getting calls from this number and 111-111-1111 concurrently, with no voice message. I have blacklisted them both on a Panasonic Wireless.

my call was from 000 001 3806 I let it ring once to activate call id, once more and picked up on the third. ! Dial Tone! Ring sounded different from usual

i have T-mobile. i got the same call.

I got calls from this number at 4:45AM today and 6:15AM on both this past Saturday and Sunday.  An automated voice said "Sorry.  Wrong.  Number." then disconnected.  For the heck of it, I tried *69 to see if it might have gotten an actual number (like it sometimes does with these bogus CIDs) but it said the number was not valid.  Were it not for an out-of-area family member with serious health problems, I would forward to my business toll-free to try capturing the CPID or reject invalid number calls...or just turn off the ringer when I'm sleeping.

Caller ID Said "SecurityScreen"  Man asked if I could contact my neighbors to collect money for some Washington police organization to help troubled kids.

Security Screen is a service that Qwest offers their customers.  Do a Google search and you will find out how it works.  When you see 000-000-0001, Security Screen has intercepted a call from an unknown number and asked them to input their number, and all they entered was a 1.  If they entered their 10-digit phone number, that is what you would see.

Received a call today, 2/24/11, and my caller ID indicated it was a "Security Screen."  The number is 000-011-5508.  I am a Quest subscriber.  I have no idea who this is.  The phone rang three times, but I did not answer it.  Can anyone help?

This number was a call from my Doctor reminding me I had an appointment tomorrow (which indeed I do).

these calls come in when a blocked number you blocked  tries to contact you 0000000001, i have a blocked caller, whenever the call comes in the phone dont ring, but the number above shows

I get calls from 011 according to my cell phone, but Verizon tells me that it is showing as 000-000-0001.  They told me that they will put a block on that number.  Ask your companies to do the same.

I'm with Cincinnati Bell and I keep getting calls from the number +011 and when I don't answer that, they call back three times before calling AGAIN under "Unknown." When I answered it was some Indian man asking me about my education. I've told them MULTIPLE times to stop calling me and yet, I still get numerous daily calls. Will my company still be able to block the number even though it's only +011?

I keep getting a text from "1" and I don't know who it is? Any ideas

Called at 3:56:52PM  today. It wasn't allowed to ring and the call was dumped. I am on an AT&T landline so its probably just another stick-to your-shoe type toiling at some form of ripoff.

just got a call from security screen 000-000-0003.    caller did not identify themselves,  but asked for someone I do know, altho have not had any contact with for a long time.  Lady did also have my name and my husbands name.  Said this person they were looking for had a warrant for fraudulent checks and they would be here in two hours to pick her up.    Then caller hung up.   It has been well over two hours and no one has shown up...

I don't know who this is but they call me and don't leave message.

Received  call in the afternoon.  Allowed ans. machine to pick up.  Had a minute or two of MUSIC...not unpleasant, but kind of a surprise for a scam or sales call.  My answ. machine finally terminated the call.  Call came in from 000-000-0001 according to caller ID.

I received a call from 000-000-0001 right after Norton Security blocked Malicious Toolkit Website9.  I have Qwest (now CenturyLink) for land line and internet.  When the call came in my phone displayed Security Screen but I picked it up anyway.  I did not say anything and neither did the person on the other end.  They terminated the call.  Did the *69 and it displayed this #.
Looked up the IP address of the attempted attack for the malware and it was someplace in Kansas.  Not sure it that is really the origin of the malware or if it had anything to do with the call.
Any guesses?
