This number calls me on my cell and asks whether I have a telkom line.She claims that she is from telkom.
Note : If someone from telkom phones you, they will know that you have a telkom line.
Be careful.

I keep getting calls from this number at random times of the night: 0723943058. Its getting very annoying - anyone else getting calls from this number?

I tried returning this call. A guy left a message
Could hear he was talking to someone else.

Hi I also received a call from this number it might be a scam as it is they have been stealing the Telkom cables don't know what for though because the lines has not been right for the past month

I regularly receiving calls from this number.  I don't answer and they never leave a message.  I try calling the number from a landline but it does not even ring.  This really is very irritating!!

I have been receiving calls from a private number when I answer the caller hangs up, this is annoying now I no longer answer private calls. I see the caller is now calling me from 0119950000 doing the same thing.

I have numerous calls frm this number seens last week, bt the person drops the call be 4 i even get a chance 2 answer it when i call it back its not in use. . . This is frustratating me. Can any 1 help me wth this please

I got a call from this number today 10H12. The voice promp redirects me to a connect caller, but nothing happens. I just hung up eventually.

Jeez these people are working on my nerves!!They've been harassing me since yesterday,just got another call at 09:00 this morning.

Has anyone received a follow up 'Please call me' with a name and a cell number? after receiving a call from this number.  I am not allowed to take calls at work and have to let it go to voicemail, but no voicemail is being left so i have ignored it completely.

I got a call from this number today, been missing numerous calls from them over the past week, I answered and there was just silence. I was about to hang up when an Afrikaans woman announced herself as calling from Telkom and wanted to speak to Mr. Voeljoen, whom I am not.

When I informed her that I was not Mr Voeljoen, she apologized and left me alone. How can this number belong to a Telkom Support centre and yet also be associated with scammed trips to Disney ?

This is a service that calls numbers to determine if they are active or not.

If you answer they know the number is still active.  Expect a lot of unwanted marketing calls in the few days after you answered.

This nr also called me today 06/09/12 a few times. As soon as I answer it says “your call has been placed on hold, please hold” and if you try to call them back the number just does not exist! Why cant Telkom sort this out?

This is a scam...I hope TELKOM CAN FIX THIS CRAP becasue you never know if these people get anything by us answering the damn phone! I also got a call just now from 0119950000

I have been getting unwanted calls from 011 995 0000 - I managed to track this number down to Telkom SA and was told to ignore it - it will go away - am not happy with this response - where did Telkom get my number from as I have never had a Telkom line

Seems this has been going on since at least 2010. Guess Telkom is just pathetic.
