An unknown caller called me at my company issued phone asking to pay my unsettled bill of my credit card. The way she talked is so very disrespectful. She  told me that if I can't produce 15k on  Monday she will be continue to file case at the paranaque police. And she will visit our H.R. office to humiliate me.Her name is Erica Bonsol of Parmi. She told to me deposit 15k until next week and another 15k next month to clear my name in the list of delinquent creditor. she is this cp# 09178176848. I wonder how she get my no.

she also called me. when I said ok lets settle basta aalisin lahat ng interest and charges. then she asked me if I can pay tomorrow.when I said yes. she said "ang yabang yabang mo naman". kahit sino naman siguro tao ang sasabihan ng ganyan e mawawala sa sarili para kausapin sila. they also threatened me.lahat ng mga di magaganda words nasabi na.anyway I already consult the imbestigador and atty. they advise if they will harass me again I can complain them to BSP. I can also file a case against them.HER NAME IS MICHELLE & LEONARD.

They called this number yesterday at 7157323.  Telling the receiver that they will go the barangay to confront me, my family received the message and they been worried about me. The caller use Chona as her name. This kind of animal should be caught right away hiding all along.

i dont care if she reports it to the president of the philippines, do her job! and still if people cant pay whatever amount they say, they wont pay..but if she will demand a pay that is reasonable to pay and within the capacity ...i think they will :D

Is there any law to sue that irritating company Prime Alliance?

erica donsol keep calling me at office numbr at first i keep on hiding her but the time i talk to she's been very kind to me and even help to settle my obligation with the bank it's just that we really have to settle our unpaid debt so that nobody will call us regarding that and we will having a peace of mind that's the lesson i've learned from that.godbless more power to us, try niyo din makipagtulungan skanila im sure mararamdaman niyo din yun naramdaman ko.

my officemate received a call from a certain Tina of Parmi Company and she gave this number 535 2149 and told my officemate to tell me na tawagan sya dahil sa RTS daw (Return to Sender da) di nya naman sinabi kung para sa ano yung RTS na yun.

i experience it this morning, two agent came to our office, looking for me. Then my co-worker tinuro ako then sinabi ko sandali lang kasi may kasi may rush akong gawa. Then ung kasama nyang bakla nya may kausap sa telephone taga prime alliance nagwawala. natural nakakahiya, dahil marami kami client. then sabi akin na ireceived ko stop them masyadong maingay. Very rude talaga ung bakla, sabi sa akin bayaran ko raw yung utang ko sa HSBC 20K nalang., kung pwede mgbigay raw ako ng 10k ngaun the later july 15, ung 10k. sabi ko walang ako pera sa ngaun. mg antay sila pg na deal ko ung property. Then sabi sa akin mg sign daw ako ng promissory note or mg issue ako ng cheque. manghirap daw ako. Turuan pa ako mangutang para pambayad sa kanila. sa bank ako maki pag arrange kung kailangan dahil sa kanila ako may utang hindi sa kanila. Then binalikan ko sila pinikturaan sabay pack up naman ang drama.

Uh-huh .... and if you call "Alison" at the office, s/he answers to "Douglas". WEAK shill attempt!

messenger of Prime Alliance came here in the office harassing me to received the letter from Atty. Elinino Jesus Beltran and i refuse to receive the letter, ang yabang ng messenger the next time that he we come to our office he will regret it, and that people who calls me and harass me, i assure to i will not pay but sue them in court

why dont we go to their office and get them a video and post to social network so they will stop harassing people, and file them a case instead of paying them. they will not issue a certification from HSBC if we pay them what they issue is a certifiction made by them. lets fight the..who want to join me?

just received a call from this number and asking to pay 10,200.00 tomorrow. i said i cant pay that amount tomorrow. ang sagot nya sa kin...sige po kundi demanda namin kayo...or esle they will go here in our office to talk with our HR regrading sa payment ko...nu bayan..si princess asures daw name nya...i dont if it her real name....

Hi, pls help me. May girl na tumawag sakin na name nia erica donsol. At hinaharas nia ako sa paniningil nia sa utang ko sa hsbc. Pero tinatry ko sya pakiusapan ngayon bout sa mode of payment ko. Pero sabi nia d daw pwede kailangan ko magbayad ng 25k, or 10k kung hinde ay may darating dito sa office ko para i CI ako. I dont know kung yun ang tamang term nia. Ilang beses ko sya pinakiusapan at ilang beses ko sya sinabihan na dko mabibigay bukas ang hinihinge nia amount wala daw sya magagawa kunde magpapadala sya ng tao sa pinapasukan ko ngayon. I'm saddened with this name being mentioned as being a part of the so called credit card collection agents/monsters.I know a person atty elinino jesus beltran who is a legal counsel of national housing authority and whose elder bro is the chief of the NBI-Internal affairs division. Eli as I used to call him is a decent lawyer and would not be engaged in this kind of activities. I wonder how his name or his number is involved in this. He should be informed to protect his integrity. I myself had a bad experience with credit card collectors since I failed to pay my last bill of 15K.the collection agents vary in their asking price from 30k to 50K. They also threw me lots of grave threats, harassments, threatening texts messages. So what I did, was to be gentle to them as if I was trying to bargain to get first their office address, and contact names so that I could pay my dues, though they won't really give you their real names and their real address, because at the closing of the drama, they will ask you to pay at the bank and give you instructions so that they could get their share.so after I got their data, I started to put back all the threats.to them,.NOBODY IS GOING TO JAIL FOR FAILING TO PAY BILLS Like credit card.much more especially when you're a good payer until to you started to fail. Collection agents also use lawyers name to appear with authority but real lawyers definitely would not waste their time unseen by clients on the phone. And by the way, the real eli I know never used this number mentioned her.I hope this help a lil to you..you can simply drop by at the legal division of the NHA, near quezon city hall, and you will find the real atty elinino jesus beltran, a very decent man.not the one name dropped here..
