Hi.. i have the same situation regarding arvin bansale..gnyan din un..may debt started from 40k plus to 30k plus then 14800 and now 9700.. so i'll gonna file a complaint with bsp regardinf this company..i tlked to the hsbc collectors office..they told me that primealliance was their collectong agency..ntatakot kc ako pgnasettle ko ung money n un eh la rn mngyayari..

Im really glad i found this thread :) Atleast, my worries have lessen. I am just wondering how they have obtain my new employer and my local number. I have never given this to anyone. I will just go directly to the bank to settle this and not with them. Thanks Guys :)

A certain Rogelio Lora called his making threats that if i will not entertain his calll, some will go to my office and cause commotion.......he's also rude and disrespectful....he's using this number 26691125.... then I read a lot of messages here....i found out that they are fraud....beware of this company....PRIME ALLIANCE RECOVERY MANAGEMENT INC.

Thanks. I am enlightened. I am also being bothered by CA named Rona Jalandoni and Cheryll Sese. Fair debt collection policy states that when a defaulter sent the CA a written correspondence saying he/she does not want to be bothered and received calls then they should stop calling. Another thing is they should not call the defaulter in times when it is inconvenient. For christ's sake, these people kept on calling me in the office at 10:30 AM when I am in the midst of doing something threatening me that someone will drop by in the office to speak to me about the unsettled account. And they are using atty beltran's name. They could be sue for using atty beltran's name.

Waaah me too. I am being harassed by a woman named Ronalyn Jalandoni of Prime Alliance.  She's so arrogant.  I don't know how she got my "new" office number.  She's also threatening me that somebody from their company will pay me a visit and they are going to file a case against me.  I sent her a written correspondence telling her to stop calling me in the office and call my personal number instead but she still carries on calling the office.  She should honor the written correspondence as that is indicated in the FDCPA.  My coworker even informed her that we cannot accept personal calls and delete the office number in their list but she still calls more than 10 times a day.  My coworker told her that she is violating the law and she said she isn't.  When I emailed her and told her that I'll file a case against her and the company, she replied and apologized and in her signature she said she is now a LEGAL ASSISTANT.  Whoah! From Collection Agent to LEGAL ASSISTANT.  Oh! Lies! I'll be filing a complaint to BSP.

Beware of Camille Pascual, Eva Malabanan and Rubilyn from Prime Alliance lahat sila bastos at nanghaharass. Kung gusto nilang tumulong dapat magbigay sila ng enough time to raise the money hindi yong gigipitin nila yong tao. Marami silang pananakot na sinasabi na kung hindi aware ang tao  matatakot tlga at kakagat sa mga pagbabanta nila. Aware nman tayo sa utang natin at sino ba ang ayaw bayaran ang utang kung my pambayad nman. Sana makaisip sila ng good strategy not like this. Mg-eemail ako ng complain sa BSP para matigil na sila. Hindi dapat tinotolerate ang mga ganyang tao sa maling bagay.
