I am also being harassed by Rona Jalandoni. She even sent 2 people in my office. Unfortunately I was out that time. They left a letter asking me to pay the amount due in full. She always call me but I don't bother to answer. I tried to answer her through e-mail so it is documented but she doesn't answer thru e-mail even once.

MS. RONA JALANDONI from PARMI called me in my office and the receptionist told her that im out of the office, she keep harassing my officemates sa kahahanap saakin..napakawalang modo tumawag ng babaeng ito sana mamatay n sya nagyon din hahahah,,masyadong desperada sa paniningil..wla na yatang commission.

Me naman I got an email from them threatening to visit me kaya lang I dont know if alam nila na resigned na ko with my previous job. Is there a chance ba na malaman nila address ko? I'm a little worried lang. Natigil lang kasi payment ko since I resigned last July. Planning to pay for the remaining pag nagka work na ako. :)

i am in the office today. and my sister in the house tinext ako may pumunta daw kanina from PRIME ALLIANCE named raul and kinuha lahat ng contact numbers ng mama ko tita ko at sister ko. He said kelangan ko daw makipag coordinate sa office nila at magbayad ng utang!!! e never ko pa sila narinig for my entire life. i have unpaid cards pero prime alliance has nothing to do with them right? now the same guy keeps on callng my sister saying magdadala dawng atty and barangay sa bahay babalik daw sila. OMG! what kind of scam is this???? never ako nkipag deal sa knila. the same name Atty beltran was used din.

san ka nagreklamo? i wanna file a complaint too. but are they acting upon the complaints against this?

hi, just wanted you to know that i have the same issue i filed a complaint but nothing happens mas nagkaproblem pa nga ako since mas naging malaki pa ang naging problem ko. best advised to end this settle your obligation. In that way wala na sila reason to bother you.

you can file a complaint against them but upon investigation they can prove that your at fault dahil may utang ka at matagal mo di binabayaran,settle first then that's the time you can get back to them once you have a clear record

Me im also harassed with that PRIME ALLIANCE agent. MARIO U. CAMPOS JR. or mario ocampo. Hindi sya ngEexist. I called the main office of the bank to report this agents manner. Natakot naman ata yung Prime nung isnabi kung wala na sa code of ethics nila gianagawa nung agent. Nakikipg coordinate naman ako ng maayos tapos gusto nya agad agad ako mgbabayad. tapos pati mga kaOpisina ko inaaway nya. I told him na once mka settled ako they had to promise me that Mario will give me his valid ID to identify his real identity.May Gawd!

one of the complaint officer of the bank told me that even though we are going to complain in BSP (Financial Consumers Group) the BSP will just notice the bank or company of your card then nothing will happens, can anyone here raise their opinnions, suggestions.. :(

ask that a [***] any Valid Ids for sure they wont give one, they cant provide that.
Then asked them to talk with Atty. Beltran,for sure they will make any reasons
tell them that they are doing scandalous manner, harassing and its not on their code of ethics already then if they continue to do it then let them be, Sue anyone if they want to

They are the one who intent to defraud! go and make a complaint on BSP. They are doing an unfair collection practices. Sila ang makukulong!
