    The number can probably be blocked.  Contact his phone provider for details.

    OR
    Put this pest's number in his contacts list and assign it the ring tone "no ring".  That won't stop the calls but it will make them easier to ignore.

    I get a call at least once a day from this number.  It goes to voicemail which then states, "This call cannot be connected as dialed.

    It has started appearing on my AT&T phone whenever I get VOICEMAIL.  Do NOT call the number.  Hit IGNORE to go back to your regular screen, then access voicemail by dialing "1" and holding it down.   It's annoying but you can live with it.  It only means you have voicemail waiting.

    I have received this 'call' for the last 2 days when I turn my phone back on during my lunch hour.  The number appears in my caller ID and indicates I have a voicemail.  This just started yesterday.  Same scenario as is being described in these posts.  I will no longer call the number; but go to my voicemail key on my phone to continue, as geneva indicates in her post.

    I am getting the same.  And my cell phone show it IS being dialed from MY phone.  It is an international number!

    I keep getting calls from 100-100-5080 then it goes to voice mail but no message.  This number has appeared on my recent calling list and it is very annoying.  I use my phone mostly for urgent ad important calls.  Can AT & T help me?

    Getting several of these daily.  They show up as TEXT messages with symbols in them.  You can make out a date and time among the symbols.  How to stop it????

    This strange number being used as my AT&T Voice Mail Notification .. even though the correct voice mail number is as it should be. It appears as if the "100-100-5080" has been activated to "override" the normal voice mail notification phone number. It's being done for some reason or other .. and I would say "evil" lurks somewhere within that fictictious phone number.

    The same thing happens to me and literally just happened no less than 10 minutes ago! I don't even get a missed call, just a voice mail. But when I try to listen to the voice mail it just says the number doesn't exist.. what can I do to stop this?? It's really annoying!
