got this 111- 111-1111 calll for the first time this morning. disconnected as soon as i answered..odd

Fax just received from "S- Star Travel" regarding 9 day, 8 night cruise
vacation.

Calls two to three times a day.  I don't answer when I see the 111-111-1111 on caller ID.  Doesn't ever leave a message when it goes to voice mail.  Called four times today ... annoying.

I reported this number to comcast and they said they never heard of such a number.I get this call every morning around 8 A.M. and they call till after 8 P.M. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE TO STOP THIS SOON. I am wondering if this had something to do with internet phone service?
I am also getting calls from a number 94007. How can that be with only 5 numbers???
I think it's time to give up home phone and live with cell phones only , til they find a way to bug us on them.

I forgot to tell you if I answer these calls no one is on the line, but they will call back within 2 to 3 minutes again doing the same thing. If I don't answer they never leave a message.Hope someone is out there that can help us.I'm sure these company's are laughing their butts off at us.

received 8 calls today from this number when answes sounds like some one is trying to send fax when call back same sound noone answered...does not leave message just waited 1 or 2 minutes and called again

I get them twice a day. In the morning and at night. Who the hell is it.

I got these calls several times and the last time I picked up the phone..All I get is a couple of tones so I hung up???
One search I did on a reverse showed it was in Georgia, but no more details.

We were getting these calls and couldn't figure it out as no one was ever there when we picked up until finally, one day, i sat there a while longer and there was a voice on the other end!!  They said they were from some Visa Card company and that we owed them money.  Complete crap, we never opened any kind of account with them.  We reported it to them as fraud, contacted the credit bureaus, and so far haven't heard back.  Ironically, we've been getting calls from another number saying we owe almost the exact same amount with some other fake Visa Card, but they just won't stop.  I think this is some kind of scam.  We've reported them to the FTC and I'm gonna try Clarke Howard, see if they can help stop the calls!

I've been getting phone calls from 1-111-111-111.  I talked to someone who would not identify himself and told him to stop calling me.  This was bordering on harrassment.  He told me that he wasn't harrassing me yet!  I then got 10 phone calls in about 5 hours.

I receive calls from 1-111-111-111 (notice one number missing!) at least twice a day on my Verizon cell phone.  I have no idea who this is, and anytime I have tried answering, there is nobody on the other end.  I agree this type of number is a scam.  Could it be the precursor to some sort of computer virus I wonder???

im in fl and they got my work phone they call.plus call my personal cell but wont answer it

Rec'd a ph call from these jerks at 7:22 PM, C.S.T. on 10/31/07, but didn't get to posting it until today. Number was 111-111-1111. I didn't bother answering, as these types of caller ID's aren't to be trusted. No message left in our voice jail either. - AL

Been getting phone calls from this number. But it shows up on my phone as 111 111 111. Wierd 9 numbers instead of 10. Anyways my answering machine just says one word and goes beep. I herd some lady going hello hello. And that was it. Been getting collection calls from BoA so thinking maybe its them but not sure.

they keep calling my phone.  I dont know how to make them stop!!!  Any suggestions?

They called my home at 2:50AM with an automated voice regarding voting issues.

They call my Verizon Phone about four-five times a day!They never leave a message, and they don't say anything if I answer. It's probably just someone pranking. The best way to make their game get old fast is to not answer it. They'll get bored. They are probably just hoping for someone to pick it up, and give them something to do. SO DON'T ANSWER!!! ALso can't call it back or block the number because it's an illegal number.

I keep getting calls, i'm getting a lil scared actually, i just want to find out what this is about.
