This 1111111111 number called recording of man saying he's a carrier and have documents for me to sign, Threats that if iam not home he will go to my job, neighbors and family members until he finds me.If iam not found he will report that i refused documents that i will be in trouble .

Scam! REAL process servers don't call in advance. And no legitimate business would call from what is obviously a spoofed phone number. Block and ignore such calls if you can.

The caller ID said PA.DEMOCRATS. I'm not buying that since the number was actually a deactivated number that the New York Times used for years. Judging from previous posts various vermin have used it with different scams.

No one could have used this number or deactivated it.  No phone number in the North American Numbering Plan can start with a 0 or a 1 in either the area code or the prefix (exchange).  This number fails in both the A/C and the Prefix.

According to an August 12,2011 article in Media Decoder, Anyone inside the Times's Manhattan headquarters makes a phone call, the number that appears on the ID displays is listed as 111,111,1111. That ended on August 15,2011. I don't know how the scum that use it now manage it.

Received call and left voice mail saying they were from AT&T Direct TV said that I qualified  for a 50% discount, and to call between the hours of 10A till 8P CST the number listed on my caller ID, which was (111) 111-1111, but since they left the voice mail. and got the envelop information  this was the number that was connected to the voice mail. (888) 927-0533. Called ATT to inquire and informed that there will be no reps calling customer directly to inform them of any specials or discounts. I also gave AT&T the number from my vm. I hope I get that number again, I am willing to have some fun with them.

Call your phone service provider and tell them about it. Ask them if they can delete them from your phone!

I received a recorded message from Valerie agent 3927 to call her back at 888-575-1880 about the student aid (which I do not have) forgiveness.  The caller ID on my phone showed 1-111-111-1111.

I am now up to 3 calls from this bogus number. No message/etc...

An obvious spammer or scammer number, so we didn’t pick up. We get them constantly. After reading other’s comments, looks like we were right.

Showed up as spam call on my phone

Message left @11:42am and it was a legit call from my pharmacy.   From past experience I suspect their system loses the caller id every time they lose power.  The power was out briefly yesterday and the day before due to lightning in the area.  After prior power outages, their calls came thru as "Private", but today it read as all 1's and was marked as "spam risk" by my provider.   However, in general I do not believe the phone number actually exists and therefore is not registered to anyone.  I would generally declare it as spoofed in most instances and advise against answering.

I blocked them too, might have been bad if i didn't.

Considering that they posted here 15 years ago, it is doubtful that "Andrew SP" will ever see your reply, or even care if you did.
