You should all forget about it.  It is a site on the computer and nothing legal can be done about it.  Your best bet is to use your "call block" on your telephone system, if you do not know the number that the calls are coming from just block the last caller(listen to the prompts)This is the only way you will be able to stop the calls sorry but the police cannot even help you with this one!

I searched "123 area code" and weird stuff came up...like "123 for ALIGERA(or something like that)".....creepy

Not creepy.  The number is spoofed.  Designed to fool or trick people into answering calls from crooks and creeps.  The sequence also gets responses from the curious.

I do not know who is using the App to call me but I am getting calls from them and it is coming from Pennsylvania, Georgia, California, and New York (so far).  I just had 3 calls back to back from them.

They called into our business. The CID literally said NO ID HAHA and the number came up 1-234-567-890.
Well doesn't that look arrogant. =/

I am receiving multiple calls from a number that shows up in my caller ID as "23-456-7893."  There is a great deal of talking and other noise in the background.  A man with a heavy accent asks to speak to Debbi.  I identify myself as Debbi and he asks repeatedly, "Is this Debbi?"  "May I speak to Debbi?"  Finally when he asked my name for the 6th or 7th time, I replied, "George." and hung up.  I do not have the name of a company, however, because he never gets that far.  I am on the national "Do Not Call" registry.

This number keeps coming up on ID caller. How can I stop it.
