Microsoft Scammer saying I have a Virus (India Voice)

So just got a call from this number with some Indian speaking guy who told me there was something wrong with my "home computer" when I interrupted the jerk and told him I didn't have a home computer he proceeded to tell me yes I did and he was no going to "hack" all my information!! He was very polite and stated "bye bie" before I could call him an a**

I'm waiting for an important call and these fools phone. I answered, they disconnected.. So sick of scammers...

this could be mike from windows tech support, john from medicare or officer (BABOO) from the Indian irs. it all comes from the same call center.

With a 164 area code and "Unknown Name" on the caller ID it was obviously someone that I didn't want to talk to unless I had time to have a battle of wits with an unarmed person.  I didn't have the time so I just sent the call to my voice mail which has the three tone phone company Line-Not-In-Service message as the outgoing message.  I never thought that would work when I first started doing that and was considering a call blocker but it was worth a try.  To my surprise the number of scam calls has decreased dramatically.  I'm thinking those tones will work even better on the political and survey calls leading up to November.  Should be a quiet summer and fall.

Called me--I did not answer

The # was on my machine, so I tried to find A/C 164. Didn't show on US area codes, so blocked it.

They call 2 to 3 times a day. Never leave a full message on machine. Finally answered today so I could tell them to stop calling me. Heavily accented “Roy” asked for me by name. I asked what he wanted in a not-too-friendly tone. He told me something vulgar so I hung up.

Not Microsoft or any tech support #. A spoofed # from overseas.  Be very careful with your answers. Best to just hang up.  Check out Apple or Google store for YouMail app. to end these kind of calls.  They also call on +11-646-612-354*, * meaning the last number may be 1 through 0. Be careful, be smart!!!!!!!!!!!!

This caller was from Microsoft Tech. They have called me before. This time I told him I didn't want his help. He asked me why and I told him my computer was working fine and he told me it wasn't. I told him his company  called me yesterday and I told him that I asked that they not call me again. He finally hung up. Also, the number was 64-661-2354. There was no one in front of the 64.

We have i think, three other numbers already blocked by these same scammers, now today we got two calls from this 164-661-2354, answered the first time, answering machine did the second time.  line was silent both times, when we answered they stayed on the line for sometime then clicked off. when answering machine answered they stayed on after the message but quickly hung up after.  darned annoying lot!  this number now on the blocked list, at this rate our 1,000 space blocked call directory is filling up ... oh that is their plan!

Get these calls every few weeks.  Always a different number.  I answered today and they tell me my computer told them there is a problem and he needs to get permission to fix it.  Yes, Indian or middle eastern accent.  I kept saying what?  Finally I told him my phone # is not connected with my computer anywhere, do not call again.  Some must keep falling for this or the calls would not continue.  Next time I will just say" no have computer".

They called I answered they said they were from Global Tactical Support and his name was James.  He asked me about my computer.  I stated my computer is working just fine.  He said we know your computer works.  I stated again that my computer works just fine and for them to have a nice day and I hung up.

Didn't pickup the call because I figured it was another scam.

Caller answered & said "we're going to kill your grandparents " . My response, they've been dead 30 yrs. CLICK!!  Even asked for money in gift cards.

these robo call are very irritating ..  this is a business and these calls are very frustrating .. I get enough calls without robo and scammers

tell me they r micro soft and wanting to refund me. i hung up as i purchased nothing from them.

This number has constantly been calling me for nearly two weeks and several times daily. 1st reason was something about my PC/Laptop and Windows (Couldn't quite understand anything being stated). Next was my landline phone having issues, followed by my email account being "hacked" into their database and such.

I asked the representatives to stop calling several times, they have not. Tonight I received one, tried to understand what was going on and asked again to quit calling. He called back, stating he would not stop calling and could do so as he pleased.
