This person called my girlfriend. She said hello multiple times then heard the sound of a litter and a creepy and eerie goodbye then they hung up.

What does a "litter" sound like?

Received a call from this number @7:15 pm on 1/25/19. Guy on the other end had a very heavy middle eastern accent. Said his name was Alex and he was with Microsoft Windows Global tech support. Told him to take a leap and hung up on him.

Microsoft Windows Global tech support.   So he claimed.  Very heavy accent.  Today he said his name was "Frank".  I wonder who he will be tomorrow???

Wanted to get into my computer to fix Windows by Microsoft. Didn't let him and hung up.

Mine says. Invalid number

Call just came in a few minutes ago and needs to be BLOCKED. Caller ID said the caller's number was (164) 661-2354. It was a fake foreign call claiming to be Microsoft Global Tech Support, wanting to take over control of my computer. Baloney.

I answer the call and no one says anything. Finally, a recording of a woman comes on and says goodbye and then hangs up.

Received a call from this number and rejected the call. They left a message that said "goodbye" in a computer voice. Blocked immediately.

They wanted to get into my computer, I told them I would call my I T guy, said they would call me back, I said let me call you... phone number 855-313-4198.

You sure have that right  calls started here at 8am  this morning  I'm so fed up I'm tempted to and have unplugged my phone many times  It's sickening   Wish they would grow up and go get a real job and leave people alone

They call so often I picked up the call. Said they were calling regarding  Windows program on my computer. The license was expired and I needed to renew or lose everything. I hung up.

Don't answer.

I had a blast playing along with this guy. He had me turn on my computer and I acted like I was completely computer illiterate, pretending to follow his instructions, keeping him on the line for a few minutes. Then I had my husband pick up the extension and say "that's good, lady, I have all I need.  I'll check on this number immediately". I told the guy that he's now royally screwed because that was the Police Dept on the other line. He abruptly hung up, needless to say.
