As of the 14th of July, they still are calling numbers on the Do Not Call
list.

This number calls frequently and the phone rings 3 or 4 times and quits. Nobody there. I have put myself on the "DO NOT CALL" list not once, but twice!!!!!!!!!

Said they were calling from Sporting News magazine to renew my subscription.  I don't have a subscription.

Have been receiving several calls daily for several (at least) weeks, with no messages left. Spotted reference to 1-800-931-3765 as a Dial America Do Not Call Registry (apparently possessed of superior power).
I was promised that calls would end shortly. Seems to have worked for others - I will see!

I just started getting bombarded with these calls and found out that your place on the "do not call" list expires after 5 years. I registered again but it could be 6 months before it's published.

The really good news: Starting 2/08 once you register a number it's forever unless the phone gets disconnected.

I have had previous dealings with Dial America which were legitimate where they were selling magazine subscriptions and cook books for benefit of M D Anderson Children's Hospital in Houston but the recent calls are for some time of investment..I didn't pay much attention but they are not selling magazines.  I will try the number given above to see if I can opt out of these new calls.  Thanks.

They call all the time. I am on the Do Not Call List. I want them to stop calling

Started receiving calls from this number recently.  I do not answer and they do not leave a message.  I am also on the do not call list.

Being on the DNC list means nothing.  Why do you people get so upsest?  Just don't answer the phone of if you do hang up on them immediately

You would think that after months of not being answered, they would quit!
I don't answer, but still it is annoying.  I too am on the do not call list.

Yes they are legitimate.  I get the US magazine from them every year! Money goes to a good cause

Dial America is a non-profit organization and is not subject to the no call rules.  It is a great way to support MADD and get a discount on your favorite magazines as well!

they have called several times.  when i finally gave in and picked up, they asked for my husband.  when i asked to take a message, they quickly said "no, just a courtesy call" and hung up.  I didn't have a chance to tell them to take us off their list, so I am sure they will be calling for a hundredth time. I will beat them to the punch next time, or call the above 800 number--these people are pesty!

These people are associated with MADD to get you to get subscriptions from magazines.  They called me when I was working.  I keep on telling them to stop calling.

They call about every other day.  Really, really tired of it.  Always shows up as unknown on caller ID.
