I called 1-800-931-3765 and requested they remove me from their list. The phone rep said it should only take about 24 hours to update.  Thanks to those who provided the name of the company (was showing as unknown on my caller ID) and phone number.

I get calls from this number non stop! It starts at 8 am and they will call about 10-12 times a day. This morning alone they called at 8:19, 8:22, 8:24 8:29, 10:45 and it is only 12:30 as I am typing this. It is so annoying! They left a message once saying please call, but they never say who they are, who they are looking to speak or any company they are associated with. I just want it to stop!

Please take my name off your phone call list.  I find these calls VERY annoying.

stop calling me hundreds of time every week!  If I had a million dollars, I wouldn't give you any, because you have driven me crazy!  I'm really over this number and Dial America.......

I have been getting this call for several months. I could understand them calling and leaving no message (and still not like it) but when they call and say " there is a matter of utmost importance on their desk involving someone I know" it is aggravating. first I don't who this you person is they are looking for. Charities should come out with it and state we are with xyz charity. not be all secretive and manipulative about what they want. This is unacceptable behavior for any charity that wants any help for their cause.

Called the toll free number and asked them to put me on their do not call list.  Very polite and was told that it would be done. We will see.

Received a call today and everyday for the last week. Never leaves message and I find the calls very irritating. I am on the do not call list and there are wayyy to many calls that are allowed through.

Dial America Customer Service - call 1-800-931-3765 and ask to be removed from their calling list.  It is Dial America and they work for a charity MADD, therefore the do not call list registry does not apply.  Customer service is very polite, so be nice. Remember Customer Service are not the ones calling daily, but they will get your number removed from the calling list so don't take it out on them.

I am getting calls from these guys also.  Funny thing is that the ONLY way my name and address are associated with the number they called is through the Do Not Call registry.

This number has not been used in conjunction with my name for any other reason whatsoever.

What does this mean?  The are getting my personal information from the DNC Registry !!!  

They were calling on behalf of MADD, so they said that they are not held by the rules of the DNC registry.

What I later found out was now that they got the info from the DNC registry, they are using it to call me for all their other clients.

I told the girl that I hate MADD and don't ever call me again. And I mean it. They were trying to renew my readers digest subscription and I'll be damned if I'll give once cent to them if they give a portion of their proceeds to that organization.

The only way these telemarketers(TM) are calling me is from the DNC list. No need to explain. I figured it out a long time ago. The DNC list is being provided to TM firms including DIal America(DA).

DA has the nerve to BRAG about how long they've been in business as a TM co. Now I know why. They are sneaky in getting their lists. Also, they have no benefits and high employee turnover. Thank goodness I NEVER do business over the phone!!!

Called the 800 number, and the lady was very polite and helpful. Hopefully they will get me of their calling list. I donate for the cause they represent, but the magazine selection is just not fir for me.

They sell magizine subs for charity. They told me yesterday that the publishers give them a 80% discount on subscriptions...I asked what percent of collected funds( this time was for MADD) she first avoided the question...so i asked again...she admitted that only 12% went to the charity...so sad thst they make money of the deaths of drucnk victums. I beleive that a percent should goto those collecting..but 88%????? that is being a vulture
