- Sharon HOh Yes! Just received a call from the 202 - 000 - 0010 Number! The [***] are at it again using the Voip software and trying to be a legitimate government agency of the US! All of you that get this call from the number. Answer it and call them scammers. All they do is sit in a room with computers using VOIP Software and trying to scam American's out of their hard earn money by claiming that they are from the government of some sort. These people calling you are from the middle east and have nothing to do with our government. DO NOT give into them! If your not sure about the number! Call it back! Most likely it will be a number that is invalid in the US. You can block all the numbers that you want. They will use another to get to you. This includes all computer problems that they tell you have to the police will pick you up if you do not pay them.
One call I received was from another number of 202 area code. I did answer it. They told me that they were from the deportation government and they were looking for my boyfriend. I laughed so hard I could not stop and they hung up. Really! Deportation! What the hell were they thinking! Where the hell were they thinking of deporting my boyfriend to? Isis!
We were born in the US. Boyfriend gets deported to Manchester, NH and I would be Deported to Lynn, MA!
Just Call them Scammers and Hang up on them! - Sharon HI play with their minds! I have fun doing it to! If I miss the call! I call the number back! If the number is invalid! I hope to catch the next one. If they answer me when I pick up! I just play the game with them then I call them scammers and you will never receive money from this phone number. They eventually stop calling until the next crew that is new in their computer room and starting a new job. Then the calls start again and I do the same to them.

- Matt| 4 repliesMy daughter just came to me with this, a man with an accent has been calling her from this number multiple times a day. He is telling her that is knows where she lives and is on his way over to rape and kill her. My daughter is only 13 years old. Is there anyway to find this person?
- John replies to MattNo, but unfortunately someone who has answered the phone has has gotten these degenerates angry during previous calls. Ignore these lowlifes' calls from now on--NEVER answer their calls. They cannot harm anyone, as they are thousands of miles away, in uncivilized countries, such as India and Pakistan.
- B-Edwards replies to MattYou want to call your local police and talk to the phone carrier. Is there any way to check that phone to get any caller ID info from the calls? My landline and cell both save well over 30 incoming callers CID info. If you feel there is a legit and eminent threat, call the local cops now and get some advice, and get something on record. If you can get Caller ID info, and the calls are from 500 miles away, that may help you decide how to handle. There a so many layers to your question and situation, I can only offer "general" advice. If this is your daughter's own phone, you probably want to review security steps with her.
I don't know, but I don't think this is an 911 deal right now, but a call to the regular local station will get attention. If your daughter is with you now, that is good too. - B-Edwards replies to MattReading John's post to you, he is apt to be right. I have read more and more posts from people who get tele-scammer calls and the scammer will head right into obscene-land. It is scary since the scammer might have a name associated with a phone number, and that is a bit freaky.
You are there, we are not. Chances are this is a low-life creepy scammer far, far away. But check on those caller IDs and you will have a better idea. - Best to you and your family - Hang tough! - Chance replies to MattCaller ID can be spoofed. What looks like a 202 number could be coming from about anywhere.
