I got the same call twice for 8,400. I did talked to him about the green dot card and he told me that would be fine. I told him I would call him back. He gave me the name George Williams to talk to when I call back. I went online to check and found your information and many others. I will not call them back. I didn't much buy into it to begin with ,but  I did want to check it out.  Thanks to all of you I was warned ahead of time. Thanks for posting, keep it up it is the only way to stop this.

Okay got a call after I was trying something online about college figured that the next day this was legit told me grant money processing fee of 240 luckily it was just savings money I keep on backup bid you mind they said in the beginning it was free now they want more money 500 for a deposit I told them to take it out the 8k there giving me if this is a scam I'll find them and show them a slow DEATH. I don't waist time waiting for our government or God to help want help do it yourself. Bring them to justice the only justice I believe in is at the end of a barrel

I received a call from a #of 2022419407 and they said I have won. Grant of 10,000 and that I would have to pay the taxes on the money and then I would be issued my money straight to my card and now I called them back and said that I wanted my money back they Rawlings about some that I have to pay 200.00 in order to get my money back I Knoee this is a scam now I'm out of 600.00 that I can't get back I am pissed off who cannot contact to sue them or get my money back

Got a call from this number today. Actually told me he was an Agent from the FTC!

Some body call me yesterday she was a women her number 2026662294 she told me that I selicted from the government center because of my credit history was good and because I don't have any crime and said they gonna send me 8400 dollar to my account I did gave my bank information and she game this number to call 2023707642 the guy ask me to send him 240 dollar on green.pak plus  4.95 for cvs or any store and he told me to send him money this evening.i know now they are scams from the peoples experience in google. But am scared what they can do by my debit card information they gonna take money from it  ?

The number they gave me to call was 202-370-7642 they asked for $240 one time fee to receive $8400 and I declined. I get student loans and grants and thought it was something affiliated with that and it was not. I canceled my card and ordered a new one. Allen Woods was the man I was to contact with my code given to me in the first phone call.

Also 202 666-4067 is a scam number

I just got the same call someone said they were from government and I was salected for the 8,400 to and I told her to call back and talk to my husband my husband has all our cards I told her I was sceptical it was unavailable # how do I report it

I gave them my broke a$$ green dot card number

We came home to a message from "Officer Eric Foster" from the "IRS" with a very funky and obviously fake accent. He said the "..message is for YOU...," not our names, and that it was "very important that you or your attorney call back to 202-747-2177 or you will be in big trouble, and if you do not call back, all I can say to you is good luck."  It was all I could do to keep from ROTFLMFAO!!!!

Officer Foster called me, yeah me using VOIP line. I have a call tracing software. This number is through Level3 VoIP in Washington, DC, but the caller IP is in Pakistan. The accent was weird too. Taliban terrorists must be desperate for money. Watch out for that drone, you idiots.

I just got a call from this same number saying I'm under IRS investigation. something seems fishy

Receive discount a call from this #3152150940 claiming the government chose me as part of a list of qualifying American with no history of bankruptcy, criminal records, and is or have paid taxes. They advise not to use money on anything illegal and is used for useful things such as remodeling,  medical, children,  or education needs. Gave me a code (DM230) and instructed me to call 2022147124. The lady asked that I purchase a green dot Master Card/Visa and deposit $ 250.00 in which the government will use to process and send $6,700 either cash, check or on the credit card. 1st. Question, How far is the nearest FAMILY DOLLAR? (15 Minutes) good. I will wait and please call back from the number your calling from in 15 minutes time with that green dot credit card thank you.

Oh the second and last question was how old was I.... There you have it folks please be careful.

they r also using a 12064625354 number. n a 16467975734 number. we got a call today here in kenosha wis. saying it was some sort of grant for 8400 and all my fiance had to do was send 180 but that was my rent so i investigated n called cops n googled n everything else before i let him do it. n yup these sites r right were it led us all.

These morons are probably from Pakistan. They called me twice in this year, so I randomly been selected for a grant twice in two months? I told them that I worked currently work for the FBI and that this was a trap to find you guys we will bring you in for questioning. They started talking their language yelling something then hung up. I wish I were FBI to catch them the number they used is 202-509-0683. I'm former Air Force I was deployed to Pakistan and Afghanistan I know some of their language they are from thoses places most likly terroirst cells. The FBI should look into this since they are using Americans to fund terrorist.
