Received a call from an Indian acented man stating that i owed money on a payday loan. i do have a pay day loan but the money is being deducted from my weekly pay. He claimed to be from a law firm named Samuleson Law Firm. I googled the law firm and asked to speak with this guy and they had no one by that name working there. I informed the law firm of the phone calls and that they were using their firms name. This guy was very rude stating that I would be arrested and sent to jail for 20 days and i would loose my job if i didn't pay the $790 that they said i never paid with an interest rate of 319%.
I have notified the local police and the law firm that is supposedly involved.

he called me a no dirty scum bag and told me that i would spend the rest of my life behind bars. keeps harassing me..its all a scam!!!

I also received a call from this number and he was very rude.  I didn't take the call but he left a voicemail.  I am going to report the number to our Attorney General in my state.

rec'd call from a indian accented man, Troy Martin also stating that I owe money on a pay day loan, but the loan is paid in full...The man stated that I owe $8484.87 for $721.59 pay day loan....asked man what was the crt case number...he advised that there are no number at this time...man stated that its a State Fraud...file with State Credit Bureau...the man left the above number to contact him, but when i called the number someone picked up and then hung up...called back it just rings...no one picked up or no voice message to leave message.

Also spoke with a indian accented man, John Stevenson who transferred to Troy Martin.

I received that same call I never took a loan in my life so I know it was fraud right off top so when he ask for me lawyer name I gave it to him like this ..T...h...I...s....d...I...c...k.. And he said really on a recored line I started to laugh and I said have a good day because you mad my day that mad him mad so I hung up before he could respond

payday loans were owed. Called a lawyer, she
called them, said they were very rude. As soon
as the lawyer hung up they called again,
threatened to call and have me fired, told them
I would sue, told them to contact only my
attorney. Reported them to attorney generals
office and fraud state office.

I recieve the same call from the same rude man and when I call back he keep hanging up the phone then he will cal me back but never did, but the scary thing was he knew my last four of my ss number and he never told how much was my supposed loan and then told me to make sure im in court tommorow when he realize that i was not falling for it he then told me that he will come to my job and have me arrested

I wonder how did these people get our information and do anyone have any suggestion has to how we can stop the harrasing phone calls

I cannot believe these people I got the same rude threats from the same indian accent and call the number back its busy like a payphone that is off the hook

I got home to a rude message from some person claming that I had a payday loan that I'm not repaying and my lawyer need to contact them or I need to call the back because if I disreguard this message all he can do is wish me good luck with my situation when it unfoal on me after he realize that I was not bying the bull he then said the same thing as I have read in a few other about him comming to my job and having me arrested and that I need to make sure I am in court in the morning.

I received a call from Bruce Mason who told me that he was going to make sure that I spent the rest of my life in prison.  To enjoy the rest of my life behind bars because that's where he was going to put me.

I keep receiving calls from this very rude guy, with a heavy accent, it started over a year ago.  He calls for a while, then stopped for at least six months, then he's back at it.  I don't even have out a loan, only thru my 401k.  Told me if I didn't return his calls, he would come to my house and arrest me. All kinds of threats. Not sure even if he is from this country, don't know how he's getting my information.  Because the last time he called it was from a different phone number and when I looked it up, it was a magic jack number.  Just need to ignore him or block the calls, but its hard when he keeps changing his number.

I got a messege yesterday on my voicemail, then two more calls today! They said the same thing, and I never took out any payday loans. they threatened to have me arrested at work in the morning, and said the city would take my kids away from me while I was in jail and I wouldn't see them anymore. I called the police department, the attorney general's office and reported it to the fbi online. I called the real law firm they were potraying and they said they get a lot of these calls and to report, the more reports they get the more likely they would be able to move forward in getting everything traced and get someone held resposnible.

What is the # of the actual law firm and i will call as well.welled

I had the same phone call from a law firm and the guys name was Henry Crawford. I have not returned their call because I found out the longer they have you on the phone they can pull up any information they want on you. I'm going by my cell phone store and let them listen to the message and see if the can do anything about it. This is the third time this has happened to me and I'm sick of it.
