i got a voice mail yesterday from a women with a very strong acent, she claimed her name was jason dean from samulson law firm. she told me that i needed 16 thousand $ by today or i would be arrested and held in confinment for 6 days,also told me they contacted my place of employment and told me i would be fired from my job.how do they a$$holes get ppls info and phone numbers? and how can we stop them from targeting other ppl??

I recieved the same type of call, in regards to me fraudulently scamming money and that a warrent will be issued for my arrest and that I will be put in jail. I told the guy with the heavy India accent that my husband is a judge and I think he would tell me if he signed any such warrent. The guy hung up the phone.

Yes, I just receive the same call from the same guy, and yes he was very rude and started yelling at me
Because I told him, he had the wrong person, I mean yes he had all my info correct, I don't owe any payday
loans. I ask him what company the payday loan was from and when did I suppose to took out this loan and he was not able to give me any of that infomation, but he told me if I send him 525.00 through a greendot card he could investigate the matter and if it wasn't me I would get my money back in 3 weeks, buy when I told him I didnt have that type of money, he told me to prepare to go to jail on Monday for 15 days and don't call him no more.

I received a call from 202-461-3238 his name was Paul Martin and he said he was from Samuleson Law Office Firm and that if I didn't pay on the Payday loan what I owed which by the way I don't have that I was going to be arrested and the police would show up tomorrow...he also was vulgar and asking me sexual questions. Like was I a blonde....so forth.

I totally got scammed. I panicked and sent them money. Stupid me - I had a bad feeling but I am terrified of being arrested.

Same call, same names.  I did apply for a quick payday advance put never accepted it.  I called American Cash advance and told them I decided not to take the money, the person was understanding and I thought that was the end of it.  Same story about being put in jail by some guy in India who could bairly speak english.  Interesting though, I did this in the begining of june and every post is from june - I guess the Indain Mob needs to take some lessons from the Good Fella's here in NY - they're # 202-461-3238

Oh my goodness! I got the same call from him. He keeps calling!! First he threatened to take me to jail over a payday loan that I never had, then, he called back from 714-703-6476 and told me that I was approved for a $2,500 pay day loan!! I asked him to delete my number from his call list, then he hung up on me, then called right back but the number came up 924-44, which is normally a blocked business number, and he hung up on me again!! Something really needs to be done about this..

These people started out call a work number i identified myself and now they keep calling my job asking forme and than cursing me out after.

I keep getting calls from this person & I was about to call them just now cause I;m freaked out.. But after reading this I dont want to call. How do I stop them from calling me?

I've been getting the same calls also. And I almost fell for it too, especially since they started calling me at work. I was just about to make a payment and my gut told me to look them up while i was on the phone with them. I was requestion some type of documentation so that I knew where my money was going and "Michelle Jones" said she couldn't provide any. I then asked for a supervisor and he said the same thing. Then I saw all of these post! Thank goodness for the internet!
