I got a push-poll from this number today.

Basic message: Coakley supports gay marriage, 3rd trimester abortion, health care reform, all of which will lead to our ruin (I paraphrase).

Also, the caller threw in some random post-"poll" commentary along the lines of:  Liberals are rich and stingy, Israelis are in danger, Africans deserve DDT (the caller failed to note problems with DDT resistance, but hey).

The call claimed to be from Security Research Associates.

For some reason, I don't think the call came from the only "Security Research Associates" I could find on the web, which is an investment banking and brokerage firm in CA.

Just vote ....that is the freedom we have to vote for your choice candidate and hopefully the choices we all make, work for most and know that they won't work for all.  

We really do not need 2 democratic senators in MA.  It doesn't speak for wishes for the entire state's population....hopefully Brown will become the independent voice we need to balance it out.

Somehow these Scott Brown people got my cell phone number which I do not give out to anyone but my close relatives.  I have had three call attempts by them.  I hope someone looks into this fradulant process. I do really like his campaign--"Hi Bill, Hi Steve, Hi Southie, I'll lower taxes (as I am God). I'm and independent or was it a Republican (but don't tell anyone as I'm not proud of that so I won't ever mention the word unless I'm elected by those who think I'm an Independent." Now that is real substance about the truth and the issues.

Voice mail said "public interest survery, we may call back!?"  Im confused as to why they would be calling me.

Got the call in PA at 2:30 on Verizon Wireless on a number that nobody should know.  On state and federal do not call lists.  No message, can't be Scott Brown 5 days after the election.  In my experience the only callers who don't respect the do not call list are the union phone banks and the far left socialists who do anything to get more power.  So I don't answer anymore.  Go Scott, clean it up & shine some light on those proceedings!

Got calls from 202-461-3441   several times on my cell.   Husband also got these calls.   Friends we went out to dinner with also got calls from this number.  We are all on the do not call list.   I called Verizon, which is the common denominator with all of us, wanting to block this call.  I was told because I am an Alltel customer, I don't have the service for blocking calls.    Verizon bought out AllTel, my bill comes from Verizon, I pay verizon, so that seems to me that I AM a Verizon customer.  Their ans was for me to purchase a new phone, then I would be a Verizon customer.  So this complaint is two fold.  The caller bugging me & friends with their calls, & Verizon for lack of service.

Just got a call on my cell from 202-461-3441.  Don't know anyone with that number so I looked it up and here I am.  If the "do not call list" is to be effective, who enforces or regulates it?  Are there fines if it is disregarded?  What's the point.
