I live in boston, ma and the number just called me as well. I did not answer, but instead googled and found this info here. I didn't receive a message, nor did I call back. What should we do about this? R we all t-mobile subscribers?

Missed the call, tried to call back. Annoying.

left no message, tried to return call, got the "this number is no longer in service" 4 minutes after they called me.

They just called. I let it go to VM, they left no message. Reading through these posts, I'm glad I didn't answer.

Saw that the call came in on my company cell number on 17 November but I didn't answer the phone (ringer turned off).  Strange that no one on this website has suggested that it's the NSA calling (Washington DC area code) and they are (insert your favorite conspiracy theory here).  A reverse lookup only shows an unlisted number...

I just got a call from this number, i am on the do not call list and don't know how my number got out to these stupid people who are calling me with a spanish message.

I got a call today also from this number.So I left it to go to my voice Message and no message. I wish these spammers will find something useful to do instead of calling people.

I reived a call from 202-827-9981, caller id said WASHINGTON DC.  The call was a recording in Spanish.  After about 20 seconds of talking at me, the calling party disconnected.

got a call just now, didnt recognize the #, soi didn't pick up.. they didnt leave a message, although they got to the point of where they could leave one.

meh. at least there's a number, cuz i can just add it to my "ignore" list. :)

Called me 10 second ago. I called it I got a disconnected message from the call also. Really weird. I guess i'm not the only one.

Just got it also.  Didn't answer.  They are fake numbers.  That is why you can't call them back.
They have system where they can show any number they want to as the "calling" number.
Don't ever waste your time calling them back.  I have answered other calls and just let it sit there until they hang up first.  Wastes a couple of seconds anyway of their time.  They can't immediately call someone else.

Don't worry about it ...I just got one 5 min ago..the same as all of you...they are just making sure that their undercover operatives...(us)..are in position.. It's OK...just go to the bathroom ...eat a big meal...pack and get ready for the next call with the trigger word...LOL!!

I also got a call from this number last night between 9:30-10PM.All it said in the recording message was that the number you dial is incomplete.To me that's a RED FLAG!

Got a call about 10 minutes ago from this number, it was in spanish. Live in Florida

same thing they called me, i didn't anwser just hung up the phone. anyway they left a message was in spanish i don't speak spanish but i know the last thing she said and it was "shut up"
