I continue to receive text messages from this number with threats stating accounts will be seizure. They’re firm does not see nor respond through texts. Call and speak with an agent to be removed. I haven’t the slightest clue whom this could be. Definitely not responding.

This is the text that I received from this number, directing me to call another number:
URGENT: (name removed) Please call us in regard to your account today at 325-244-1031. If we do not hear from you further action will be taken which may include account seizure. Our firm does not see nor respond through text. To be removed you must call the number and speak to agent.

Received text message saying they tried reaching me by text phone and mail. I have not responded so legal action will be taken. The # to call is for a bathtub install company. Also says this is for our going text only 😂😂

Forward it to your provider at 7726.  They may be able to block future texts. Would a legitimate company spoof the caller ID...NO!!!

Received a text message from a company that said they were the arbitrator for EASLY CORP.  I called the number listed (325-238-8824).  The person identified herself as Lilly Garris.  Said they were an arbitrator from a Loan that I supposedly defaulted on back in 2017, however, she said they have been trying to get in touch with me since 2012?  They used an address that was over 10 years stating that they had sent me numerous notifications in the mail and have been emailing me for 10 years, yet the loan was from 2017?  They tried to get me to docu-sign an agreement and to set up terms of repayment for a loan I had no knowledge of.  Tried to get my Bank Account information.  I asked the "agent" to provide me with her agent's license number.  She didn't know what I was talking about or what that was.  I stated, well since you are making  a financial transaction, you are working off of a phone, and are working under the terms and laws of the Federal Trade Commission.  Therefore, you are in the Financial Services industry and must have a license to collect money or obtain my account information.  She hung up.

I received a threatening text as well for the second time from this same number stating this is the second notice and that my accounts will be frozen.

I called the number on the text and the guy told me I owe money from a loan I took out 2019 which I never did. Supposedly they've sent ke letters in the mail but I never got them. Supposedly I owe some pay loan company name EZ Money which I've never heard of before.  CAUTIOUS  THIS IS A SCAM!!! I called my bank and block my debit card and I'm waiting to dispute my 1st transaction that I was dumb to have fallen for their threats.

Same here. Unless they are the department of education, I have had no other debt.  Very annoying.

I received a text from 202-990-1574 saying they are M.A.C and my account is serious delinquency. It says don’t respond through text but call to rectify the matter. I have no idea who this is and when I called the number is busy.

Same thing happened to me. Same number, same threats. I'm going to block that number.

I have been receiving numerous messages and calls from these people. My sister even received a call. It is the same voice in the recording and soon after they hang up the text comes in. Today it said my account was in serious delinquency and their client wishes to proceed with these claims and to call 325-238-8824. The latest was M.A.C. However, not each text has said this.

This is the message EXACTLY as it was sent to me via text, This is the second text I've received from them, the first time was on 7/28/22 i told them if they don't respond via text, then don't text me , today I got the above message and told them not to text me again or I would report them to the FTC, they quickly responded by text with this message: Empire Capital Network LLC: You have opted out and will no longer receive messages from this service. Reply RESUME to subscribe. Contact mjg@ecnworld.com. Well hopefully i won't hear from them again
