Received text message after I blocked a different number when they called.
"KELSEY MASSEY" (not me) We have an urgent matter in our office that directly concerns you. In order to help we must speak with you today at 915-236-1811."

No identifying info as to what company it is or what the urgent matter is.

Have received multiple calls and voicemails from this number. Voicemails stating I need to confirm my address for a court case or I'll be flagged as evasive. Texts saying there's a court case that directly impacts me, but they referred to me by a different name. So annoying

Has all capital letters it says we have an urgent matter in our office that needs to be resolved by calling number 1+888-721-4668

Harassment!!! They not only called me, they also called my Daughter.

These people are scammers. They don't even know what account it is. Wants address and information that I will not give.

I got a similar text. It went straight to spam and I refuse to open it.

Received a text from 202-990-1564 with a very urgent matter in their office.  In order to help we must speak with you today.  844-734-1689 DNR  I typed in Stop to unsubcribe from text messaging and received a reply from Empire Capital Network, LLC .  I looked up their website and they are a big company that does call centers etc.

No they are not.   This is a criminal establishment making illegal debt collection calls and texts.  You should not have replied to that text.  You should have forwarded it to 7726 so that carriers will block it.

I will be updating this report to reflect the actual name and address of this criminal enterprise that is being run in part by a convicted felon.

I'm not sure that they are still using the MAC name.  Most of the texts I am seeing are from DNR and no, I don't know what that stands for.  This would all fit with what I read in Complaint filed in Federal Court in 2017 and tied back to that Empire outfit.

I haven't found anything to reveal what DNR stands for either and might not stand for anything either.  Seems this Empire outfit is calling itself an 'umbrella' for networking debt collectors just starting out, but I would put money on it being only their sub-companies in that network.
Their previous website (empirecapitalnetwork.com) is no longer online, but they still use that domain name for email, as shown on their contact page. (ecnworld.com/contact)
Their website is hosted on ISP: Squarespace, Inc.

I downloaded a complaint filed against them in Michigan.  Whoever that guys lawyer was did a really good job of tracing all the names that they were using and digging up dirt on the owners.  I wish that I cold post the PDF here.  It is 34 pages long with exhibits.
