Didn't recognize number, didn't answer. Can't block on my cell phone, but will save number with "silent ringtone."

I love your passion.  Also, very good advice on the CID for those who are naive.

I tend to suspect these robocalls originate from India. I do not answer when I see just a city and state, but they keep trying with different numbers. Persistence suggests India, their culture teaches them not to give up. They must beg due to necessity.

Come on people answer those calls. I was only number ten in the cue. If people were wasting their time properly I would be above 50 in the cure. Tie up a phone line, slow their process by giving they junk calls to answer. It is the only way it will stop them, when it become unprofitable.  Your "no answer/block" speeds their calling and enables further calls.

Waste their time if you wish.  I don't have time to do so.  If nobody answered the calls that would also stop them pretty quickly.

Some are from India, the "dalit dailer", who wants to fix your computer.  You can insult them by mistaking them for being a Pakistani. Ask them about the weather in Karachi.

Doubtful, there is always someone willing to pick up.

This number called my DNC listed landline today at 1006 hours.  Instead of picking up the phone, I came here instead, then blocked the number when I knew it was a scam artist.  That will work until the morons spoof yet another new phone number.  I wish people would stop falling for these scams but I guess some people just think they can get something for little or nothing.

The ballsy anal sphincters called AGAIN at 1019 hours, thirteen minutes after their previous call.  Now that's obnoxious.

called my cell at 11:00 but didn't answer unknown numbers on my pre paid cell.  as usual, this site pays off.  although could have been fun if someone wanted to lower my card rates -- i have no credit cards by choice.

Call to my cell phone. Obviously a robo call as it rang only twice and then disconnected.

I receive a call about every other day from 203-549-6695 and no one is ever there.  I called it back and it says do not call list. What can be done?
