Unwanted calls-- busy when answered

Add me to the long list who sees this number comes in sometimes 3-4 times a day! I recognize it, so obviously do not answer it. This ought to be illegal, but of course business are excluded from DO NOT CALL lists. Misery is not crazy about having company, good luck to all!

So they "you" stop if you "I" answer?  I answer your phone calls at least four times a day and someone always hangs up.  I have now "renew the free subscription " several times and your people keep calling.  Do you have to call once for every advertisement?  this is ridiculous

Have been receiving calls from these idiots for the past week. They don't leave a message. I don't do trucking or trucking related products. Am not even in anindustry that is even remotely related to these brainiacs.  I guess when they die and go to hell, their reward will be an annoying phone call on a daily basis to them and them only. That would indeed be justice.

I have found that a foghorn, which you can purchase for a few bucks at your local Whatever-Mega-Store has been quite a helpful item in stopping these calls! Remember that the nice telemarketers wear a headset and don't speak English very well. I have other solutions, also, I like to get creative when it comes to these bozos!

I just got a new unlisted phone number in January and these jokers have been calling me. I am on the do not call list and they have had plenty of time to update their list. I have been keeping a list of how often they call and do not leave a message and hang up. I will file a complaint with the FCC soon. Thanks to everyone who posted contact information for these pests because the more complete the information the FCC gets and the more complaints on a number they get will cause them to act and fine these annoying pests. I have never received any of their magazines and do not want or need them. Please file a complaint with the FCC everyone because the more complaints they get the faster these idiots will be fined and put on notice. Don't just get mad about it, do something about it.

You can still file a complaint with the FCC. I would based on the number of times they call you. Also If these are Abandoned Calls they just tie up your phone and you could be losing business. I have a business and I file complaints with the FCC a lot. The FCC has sent me notification on several of my complaints saying they were investigating. If enough people file a complaint on theses pests then the FCC will act. This is one of the very few ways we can fight back.

Maybe people do not want to be harassed by you and want or need your (so called)  "free subscriptions". You collect personal information on people and sell it to whoever will pay for it. You are a Bottom Feeder and should go back and hide under whatever slimy dark rock you came from.

They call me more then twice a day. Very annoying! Hope we can stop them doing that.

Got a call from this number at 9:24am 08/23/2011. I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message.

They are going on my "No" list, meaning, my phone will not ring when they call so I'll never even know I missed them.

I have been getting SH*TLOADS of spam calls and faxes ever since we got our USDOT Number.

IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL TO SPAM PEOPLE AFTER SIGNING UP WITH A LEGITIMATE GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY LIKE THE USDOT!

My Business/Mobile/Primary is on the National Do Not Call List and nowhere on the USDOT Website does it say that you can opt out of or have your number not given out on the DOT Website.

If  a few people file a documented complian that would set their pants on fire

yah, very irritating. I am not picking up, but do not appreciate these incoming interruptions.

2 - 4 calls a day going into week 2. Coming from somewhere in Alabama. I've never answered.

These people call my work monthly wanting to update our mailing address to renew our free subscription to their trucking company magazine. Each time I tell them that we are not a trucking company, nor do we own a truck (semi). I tell them that we do lease 1 semi, but we do not own  any. I continously ask them to remove our number since we have no interest in their magazine, yet they keep calling.

I get about 4 calls a day everyday from this number I let my answering machine answer no message if I answer no one is on the line. I want these calls to stop.

I have also been puzzled by the calls with no message left, so I looked the number up here. What a nice thread of complaints hae been filed against these people. After reading all of these I took the time to return a call to them and instruct them to stop sending whatever free publication they are sending me and stop calling. I referanced all of these emails and reccomend they stop their marketing technique because all it was doing is pissing people off.

205-248-1717 claims to be American Impact Marketing and I "need" to do a survey to update their information to keep receiving free magazines.

So, if you "need" this info, WHY on earth do you keep hanging up??? On sooooo many people?  BAD businessmen and women, very bad.
